Had to call Paschal to get them to honor that. Then they claimed I did not have a 10 year warranty that I paid for. Had to show them my papers to prove it. From there I did purchase a service agreement with Paschal for 2 annual inspections. The first inspection they told us our duct work was old and dirty and needed cleaning. We had all new duct work put in when we got the new system from Larson just a few years before. All the duct work is still nice and shiny. I called them out on that. Not even an "oops our mistake". From there I had asked each time that they call the spouse as they work from home when it was time to schedule service or the tech was on the way as I am at work and not always able to answer my phone. They continued to call me EVERY time. Each time service was scheduled they would then call to reschedule because they were so busy. This would happen till I would say no your keeping my appointment. Keep in mind they are billing my card each month for my service agreement. Then the tech tried to convince my spouse we needed a new hot water heater. It was only 3 years older than the new HVAC system and duct work. The end came this year when we had to call again to point out that they had not scheduled service for spring in the middle of June. They Then rescheduled twice before I said no. Also still contacting me and not the spouse. So on the 13th of December 2025 I realize they have not completed our fall service. I feel that spring should not be mid June and the fall service shouldn't be halfway through December. Maybe I'm wrong. I decided I was done. I had to call 3 separate times to get the "meber service coordinator" on the phone because she was "the only person that cancell your plan" conveniently a few days before my plan billed my card. When I did get her on the phone I canceled and pointed out why and asked for my money back that I had paid since my last service. She tried to deny that. Had to have a managers approval. I asked her to get the approval. Here is where it gets good. She come back and tells me the manager said they would refund my money but I could never use them for service in the future. All because I called them out for poor customer service. I simply pointed out why I was leaving. I switched to New Era in Republic since they are the ones that had put in my water heater. And saved $90 a year on my service plan.

I had three different companies in Springfield come out and provide quotes. The Jon Wayne Heating and Air quote for a new Train unit was right in line with one other companies quote for the same equipment. I am a real researcher before a big purchase kind of guy, so I pretty much knew what I needed and the brands that were going to meet those needs before I even had one guy out. All that was left was convincing me who to use. The third company tried to sell me on a unit I didn't want so was out of the running right there. I was pleased that all of the different companies were similar in prices, but Jon Wayne Heating came recommended from a friend who used to work in the business. The owner himself came out, and I didn't feel like I just had some slick salesman working me over. He listened to my questions and was able answer them immediately and took the time to go over everything in detail. They also handled any City Utilities tax breaks and Train rebates so I didn't have to worry about that. On the day of the install the guys came out on time, were thoroughly professional and had the new system up and running without any issues. Before they left I inspected everything closely myself and asked a few questions which they were happy to answer. I have a great new system installed at a more than reasonable price in my opinion but to be honest the big selling point wasn't the price, it was the professionalism of the company that won me over.

I will gladly write this company it's first Yelp review!!…read more A little Google search brought up "Home Advisor" which brought up this company first (I was looking for attic fan repair). Was able to schedule a visit online via the website (for those who don't like human contact, this is a fun feature). Unfortunately my requested time wasn't available but Patriot contacted me not long after scheduling to find a better time. A younger, handsome, charismatic gentleman showed up on time a couple days later (he even called 30 mins prior with an eta) and got right down to business. During his appointment, I had another going on for window installation which he was more than accommodating to and very understanding/patient. Within 10 minutes, he had not only determined the issue but fixed it as well as gave my attic fan a once-over to make sure it was good shape. While I signed papers and made my payment (which was very fair), he offered to address any additional concerns and even asked if we'd like his company to be the primary servicer of our HVAC. Ultimately, I passed on his business card to two people the same day and I haven't stopped ranting and raving since. I have only ever been this pleased with one other business in the Springfield area and I look forward to keeping Patriot and All Service on the horn for my home. Thanks!!!
