Took the original amount of money, over a $1000, and ghosted me. Had to pay another company to come fix the issue and had to pay over $1200, due to the extra damage he did, while here. He left nails, shingle packaging, and other trash where they sat and just nailed new shingles over them. So, a quote of $1000, turned into over $2200 and this man still has my money. Don't hire him, you'll regret it. Apparently, he's done this in the past and has a habit of demanding the money up front and disappearing, once he receives it. NOT a trustworthy person.

You or me ? I said your wrapping all areas that cant be sided, in aluminum. Bzak employee nope not in contract. Me: yep its in the contract as i showed it to the bzak jack. So bzak came up with a new excuse: we fired the guy that gave you the estimate (another lie). In the end i gave them an extra $700 to put Azek trim to go around garage door and entry door, instead of aluminum. What we got was a hacked up mess: ends of the molding not cut on a 45° angle to keep rain out. They cut it too short and cut a square piece to make up for it. Area's missing siding: front garage overhang, top of garage (non gutter side) 2" x whole length of garage. Also the gutters had 2 middle bolts not driven in. Contacted several times about issues, in the end they don't care, on to the next victim.

I used this company for a new roof in my old house. We were very happy with them. So I called to…read morehave a window replacement and large sliding glass door replaced in our new home. The salesman showed up on time, was helpful, scheduled the measurements very promptly, everything was going well. I received updates on the progress of my order and finally the install date was set, 9/8. I received a call a few days before the initial install to reschedule because the contractor ran into some unexpected complication at the current job and it was going to run over. We set a new date for 9/18. Today, 9/10 I received another apologetic call from 1-800-Hansons asking to reschedule, because the scheduler did not realize the contractor was not going to be working that week! Long story short , it is now scheduled for 9/23. I spoke to a scheduling "manager" who was less than helpful. I am not eligible for any money off for my inconvenience of already having somebody move furniture out of the way, or the frustration of not having a product that I have already put a decent down payment on and have had to reschedule TWICE, because they can't get their act together with their contractors! She did not budge on trying to schedule a different contractor so the install could occur on the first rescheduled date. All she would say is that I have been given plenty of notice and she will reschedule with me. I can hardly wait to see what idiot shows up for the install. I have lost all confidence in this company. I told her I am putting a bad review on Yelp and my social media. I feel like they are just not organized, don't care about me as a customer, and don't even care about bad reviews. I hope I am happy with their product if they ever find a reliable contractor to do the install. Do not use this company! They grew too big for their britches and don't care about small orders.

Brock and his team at Tri-City Seamless Gutters did a great job! They installed new 6-inch seamless gutters for my home in Midland and made the whole process really easy. Brock helped us pick the right color, went over the different gutter guard options, and even suggested hinged downspouts so they can flip up when I'm mowing the lawn. They also removed and hauled away all of the old gutters, which was a huge help. You can tell they really care about the details and doing the job right. The 20-year warranty was a big plus too. I'd definitely recommend them if you're looking for gutter installation in Midland, Saginaw, or Bay City. read more

If he had I would have taken it immediately and may have signed a contract for two cleanings a year (which is not unreasonable for my roof given all the trees around me) Brian's price was the most reasonable and fair of other services I availed myself to in the past. I use to clean them myself but becoming older I found it more difficult to do this task and need such services. I strongly recommend Brian to anyone without question.

They also were here from 7:30 am until 7:00 pm as they obviously did not have a big enough crew. The foreman asked if I was happy with the roof when it was done and I said it was not black and I wanted black. He tried to offer up some explanation about this, that and the other and I said it is not black.
