They should know what normal "wear and tear" is under California law, but they have their own definition, so beware you won't get your deposit back. I suggest no paying your last month's rent with them in order that they have to demand payment from you at the end and not the other way around. I will sue the owners, the trust, and put a lien on the property. So BEWARE, BEWARE,BEWARE, BEWARE, don't pay your last months rent with this management company.

They had some decent reviews and boy, am I ever glad I found these guys. Having sold another property last year with a different agent, I can honestly say that Team Bartlett made my search and purchasing of my new house a refreshingly different process. I had become so frustrated with my previous agent, that I had given up looking for a place, last year. For those of you who think that there is not much difference between realtors and that they are all the same, I am here to tell you that the exact opposite is true. Team Bartlett are absolute professionals with the experience to get the job done. I felt like they were there with me every day, every single step of the way. I never wondered what would happen next or where I stood. Most every day I would receive a personal phone call or email letting me know where we were in the process. For any of you who have gotten a mortgage post sub-prime crash, you know it is a minefield and can be quite difficult. Team Bartlett put me on to the professionals who got me my loan and closed it right on time. Because of their experience and length of time in the area, I was also put in touch with an awesome contractor, as well who performed perfectly for us. If you are looking for a North County agent who knows how to get results and has the experience you want, these guys are the real deal. This review was not approved or requested by Team Bartlett.

Besides that, she took her precious time to give me honest advice on how to pick the best renter. She didn't mind to continue showing the house until we found the better renters. She checked the rental market and suggested to raise the price as necessary. She was able to rent my house $200 above the suggested rental price from zillow.com within a few weeks. She treats my house like it is her own. She is an amazing, kind heart, extremely honest, hardworking, intelligent, lovely lady. After receiving instructions from a property owner that uses this SAD company, I spent the next 3 business days attempting to reach ANYONE in the office. After half a dozen calls and three detailed messages with ALL my info, I heard back exactly what you should expect from them. NOTHING!!! I attempted again to reach them this morning, and was greeted by what has to be one of the nastiest mannered, old, haggard women I've ever had the misfortune to speak with. Not only was she rude, but she was insulting the minute I asked about sending an online payment versus driving an hour and a half for a $30 background/credit check. Veteran day was two days ago. This woman makes me wish I'd never served 14 honorable years. Do this country a favor, and put businesses like this, OUT OF BUSINESS. There are plenty of other reputable, competent property management businesses in Ramona, SAVE YOURSELF THE HEARTACHE.
