Terrible. I reached out to see the property in wildomar on chiwi and they refused to show it because they're in San Diego and it was too far of a drive. Why are you listing a property in wildomar if you can't show it? I don't have a realtor so I'm only working with the listing agents and have toured probably a dozen homes. No other listing agent has had a problem showing me the home THEY ARE LISTING. I was baffled. Plus if I would've made an offer on the home, they would've double ended the commission. I feel sorry for the home owners of that property. I hope they find someone else to sell their property.. who actually shows prospective buyers! I am now in escrow on another house. Could've been the one in wildomar but we'll never know now read more

Ivan and the Time Team did an excellent job selling my mom's house. I am not local and needed a group of experts and professionals who would look out for my family's best interests. Ivan arranged the help we needed through his network. All did outstanding jobs. From landscaping, construction touch-ups, cleaning, staging, estate sale, and, of course, the fantastic marketing and sale of the house. (doubling down, his marketing strategy is masterful) The house was on the market for one week and sold for top dollar. If you're looking for a results-driven realtor with a conscientious support team and have the opportunity to engage Ivan, don't hesitate. Thanks, Ivan, you're the best. read more

I just purchased my first home with Ivan's help and I couldn't have been happier with the job he did. Oh! And shout out to his operational manager Susie too!! Going through the first home buying process by myself, I felt tremendously grateful for his guidance. I appreciate that he put absolutely no pressure on me and provided information in an non-judgmental manner when asked silly questions or in need of more clarification. Thank you so much Ivan for getting the condo $10k off asking price and getting the seller to fix all the (minor) repairs. #winning! I am happy to recommend Ivan, especially to first-time home buyers in need of some extra hand-holding. :D read more

Buying and selling your home is such an exhaustive process and the exhaustion should start and stop once you've found the perfect realtor and Robert with The Time Team was that person! Robert was extremely knowledgeable in the home buying process, prepared me with realistic expectations when it came to what I was approved for, and worked tirelessly to get me exactly what I wanted. I have only wonderful things to say about Ivan and his team! I wanted to sell my condo, but it needed a bit of cosmetic work before I could get top dollar for it. Ivan not only recommended professionals to get the job done at a reasonable price but also coordinated those professionals to get the place fixed up, all I had to do was write the checks! After the work was done, we were able to get asking price for our condo with multiple offers the first weekend it was listed! Since the selling process went so smoothly, I had Ivan help us find a new home after our condo had sold. We had moved into a rental so we had plenty of time to look until we found the perfect place. Luckily, Ivan helped us buy our forever home much faster than we anticipated and even negotiated a great deal on it. If you are thinking about buying or selling a home you will be very happy with The Time Team. They went above and beyond my expectations helping me get contractors in to get the home perfect and ready for move-in. Thanks so much for all your amazing help! read more

Ivan is amazing! He was patient from the beginning as it took us a few years to finally say that we were ready to buy a home but he never gave up on us and answered any question we had from start to finish. Once we decided to buy a home, we were not only relocating from a rural town in San Diego County to the "city" in Riverside County but we were also first time homebuyers. He took the time to get to know our wants, needs, and interests and turned that into the purchase of the perfect first home for us. He was always available and referred us to an great lender who we could trust. We have lived in our house for about 3 months now and he still calls to check in on us and our new home. I would refer him to anyone and everyone! read more

My wife and I are relocating to the North County San Diego region from Silicon Valley. One of our biggest challenges besides selling our current home is getting into the right home at the right time. After researching companies in the area, we came across The Time Team. We spoke with their representative, Thomas D. Not only was he professional, he was personable. He provided us with the tools necessary to make an informed decision and helped us get a better read on the current market. We will be using The Time Team moving forward. Thanks Thomas!!! read more

My husband and I were referred to Ivan by close family friends who had recently purchased a home with Ivan's help. We were first time home buyers and had no clue what to expect. We were looking to relocate from San Diego to Temecula. We wanted a newer build with tons of square footage. You know more bang for our buck. He is based in San Diego county but had no problem taking the hour drive to Riverside County to show us homes. We gave him an idea of what we were looking for in a home. We spent the day with him and were shown multiple homes that had everything we asked for. Ivan is down to earth and a genuine person. We never felt like we were just a commission check to him. We were probably one of his easiest clients , as we ended putting an offer on the second home he showed us and a month later he gave us our keys! Ivan and his team took care of us from start to finish! Its been two and a half years since we purchased our home and Ivan still checks up on us. Now that's A+++ customer service. I recommend Ivan to any and everyone who is looking to buy. read more

The Time Team was responsive and knowledgeable. We are very happy with their services and would definitely recommend The Time Team to our family and friends. We have a two year old and another one on the way and were looking for our first family home. He seriously made everything so easy and most importantly stress free! He showed us plenty of houses and when we found the right one, he made the offer and followed through with everything. Because of Ivan, the process was so easy and we are happily moved in to our beautiful home. I will definitely be recommending Ivan to anyone I know looking to buy or sell a home! Just closed another one with the Time Team, buying or selling real estate is more complicated than ever these days and it really pays to not only have an experienced agent like Ivan but that that agent has a team behind them to get these transactions across the finish line. It wouldn't be a fair review without mentioning that Ivan and his team operate with the highest level of integrity and honesty. If Ivan tells you something, you can have full confidence that you are getting the straight story, no spin or filter. As a small time real estate investor I really need someone I can trust and depend on. Thanks again to Ivan and the Time Team. read more

My wife and I loved our experience with Ivan and his team. Through out the home selling process, Ivan was available for questions and responded as immediately. Ivan and his team had our home staged and pictures taken and placed on the mls across all the prominent home selling websites. The pictures came out really well and was a huge part of our home selling success. After only a few weeks on the market, we got a great offer from 2 first time home buyers. With Ivan's guidance, we were able to negotiate with the potential buyers and got our desired amount. Ivan and his team come highly recommended! I will definitely be using his services to purchase my next home! read more

We we we're introduced to Ivan back in 2008 from one of my friends at work. We weren't ready at the time but that when the time was right we would return. We received a Christmas card from him and we kept it ever since, we recently went back to him this year 2018 and thanks to God we we're ready to make the big step. Ivan was on it every week showing us homes in our area and providing us all the information we needed the entire way which helped us through it. He was available after hours and even on Saturdays which also was a plus. In the end he was able to help us buy a home for a great price and one that we are thankful for and comfortable in and not only that we made a new life long friend! Ivan Cazarez - Time Team - Pena Family! - Real Estate Agents Near Me - Escondido, California

We recently sold our home and purchased a new one with help from Ivan and Paulina. Selling our first house was tough, we had lived there for 18 years and it was filled with memories. Paulina and Ivan understood how difficult this transition was for us and they were very sensitive to our needs. The process of selling and buying at the same time can be stressful and they were always there to help us calm down, stay focused and see the big picture. They also have a great network of professionals they can refer for services that you may need along the way. We sold our house for more than asking, and got a really good deal on the new one. We feel very blessed to have found a new place to call home, thanks to Ivan and Paulina. read more

We found Ivan on Yelp. After one meeting we hired him. We were selling our current home and purchasing a new one. Our house was on the market for less than a week. After one impressive open house we had 3 full priced offers. Ivan was attentive and available for us throughout the entire process. While searching for our new home he was available or a team member was available at all times to show us viewings. We were able to find our new home after purchased it under the sellers asking price. The entire process went extremely smooth and made a dreaded transaction actually enjoyable. I would recommend Ivan and his team to anyone we know. read more

My husband and I met Ivan while we were house hunting. Although we did not buy our home through Ivan (we eventually bought the house we were already renting), we were both very impressed with Ivan's professionalism and tenacity. If we expressed an interest in a property, Ivan wouldn't rest until he had investigated it and determined whether it might be available or whether it was a property we should pursue. Ivan was also generous with his time, cheerfully showing us any property he thought we might be interested in. I would definitely call Ivan first if I wanted to either buy or sell a piece of property in the North County area! read more
