I…read moresuffered from scalp itch and fungus in my finger nails, she prescribed two medicated shampoos for my scalp which took care of the itch however it has returned, and to soak my fingernails in a solution, of vinegar and water, the shampoos worked fine but the finger nail solution did not, until I made the solution stronger, and then it took months. I recently revisited Dr. Efron, I again had scalp itch, and a problem with my nose being red all the time. She again prescribed a medicated shampoo, and some cream and ointment for my nose which I have seen no results in either my scalp or my nose, I called twice and left messages, but they did no see fit to return my calls. The itching makes me scratch my scalp until it is sore, my nose does not hurt, just bothersome that it stays red all the time like I have been out in the sun, as the red never goes away. I am very disappointed in the fact that she does not feel the need to return my calls or to call into the pharmacy another script for both.

My appointment was on Thursday afternoon, I had to call on Monday as there had been nothing sent to the Pharmacy and then only for the script for the Hydroxyzine. It looks like I will have to call them again.
