Daniel came out, within two hours of me contacting them and assessed our situation. He gave us several options to choose from and did not just push the top of the line replacements. After evaluating our home he felt we would be equally satisfied with the next step units and saved us thousands! Our installation was not an easy one. There were two crews that were here from 7:30 AM to 7:30 PM. Once installed, they verified everything was fully functioning, including making sure our Nest System synced with the new units. (Without turning on the AC to confirm). I turned on the AC, waited for a few minutes. Told him the cold air feels weaker, he said that I should wait because it would take awhile for the AC to cool. Still not convince that it is fix, so I told him that. Yes, it is blowing cool air but it just doesn't feel the same. I work from home even before the pandemic, so I know how cold the AC was when I set it to 78 or 80 degrees. After telling him that I'm not convince he then told me that the air won't get any cooler than this, he is an expert, he also trains new technicians, he got years of experience etc etc.. (I stopped listening to his credentials). He also told me the part that he replaced is no longer working that's why I stopped getting cool air, what the part does etc etc.. My anxiety level just suddenly went up. So I just accepted his words. Worst case scenario, if the issue is not fix, I can call the home warranty again. Soo.. it happened. AC stopped blowing cold air again. This time it happened only after I had the AC running for couple hours. After I turned it off and waited for sometime, the cool air is back when I turned it back on. Also, I had to set the air to 75 degrees to feel comfortable. Called the home warranty and asked for a different AC company. The other AC company came and fixed the issue. tl;dr IT Heating & Cooling didn't fix the issue, I had to call home warranty to dispatch a different AC company. Now it's fixed.
