They have a little sign placed on top of a fresh folded towel that indicates the bed has been cleaned and a little candy to have after you've finished your tan. I notice that another customer of the salon has written quite a long rant about the loss or " theft" of her cell phone. Common sense would dictate that ANYWHERE you go , you assume complete and 100% responsibility of your own belongings. This is true at the grocery store, in a restaurant or anywhere you choose to carry your valuables. I see see signs EVERYWHERE I go that " Management is not responsible for the loss of your personal items." If you are big enough to have cell phone, or a purse, you take care of them and make sure they are never left anywhere that they can be removed without your knowledge. I am very particular about where my money is spent, I go out of my way to support small businesses in almost every area of my life. I would vouch for this tanning salon's staff and management , no question about it. I am sorry this young lady ( or man) lost their phone but to " warn" us to keep our personal belongings safe is a no brainer for ANY place you go.

The studio is spotless and the longest I have ever waited for a bed is 10 minutes. On one occasion I was renewing my monthly membership when the young lady at the front desk told me she had some 2 for 1 coupons and would I like to use one. Now that is honest service!!!! In my 2 years I've never had anything stolen nor been in the studio when anyone else has had this problem. It is unfortunate that Ka had her phone stolen. I feel for her, but her review is way over the top. Perhaps she should have hung her clothes up on the door pegs instead of laying them on the lone chair. When Mandy Burton purchased the franchise in January 2013, I continued and have always been very satisfied with their services. Unfortunately, for medical reasons, I can no longer tan. I am diagnosed with benign Seborrheic Keratosis (SK) with residual damage that is ongoing. The treatment is repeated liquid nitrogen which is painful and unpleasant but something I will have to endure about every 4 - 6 months ongoing. I decided willingly to purchase tanning minutes and am in no way blaming Fabutan for my condition. However, I have been a client for over 15 years and with 648 minutes remaining on my package, I was hoping for an alternative, preferably self tanner lotion. On August 19/22 I left me first message requesting that Mandy Burton call me and over the next few weeks I left 4 more messages that were not returned. My call was never returned by Mandy but on September 17/22, Krista called me on Mandy's behalf. She said that Mandy was both a mother and a business owner and this did not permit her to return phone calls. Thousands of women run businesses and raise their children so this to me is not an acceptable excuse. I had to explain my situation over to Krista and her response was that she is a "licensed aesthetician" and knows that SK is a hereditary condition and nothing to do with tanning. She is partly right, it can be hereditary but according to my doctor and my dermatologist tanning beds are also to be blamed. On September 19/22 Krista phoned me again and offered 4 spray tans in lieu of my 648 minutes, I told her that I do not like spray tanning and said I would rather product instead. Although I don't understand why, Krista would not consider this as an option. I asked again that Mandy call me but it is now almost 4 months later and this has not happened. I am very disappointed but would like to leave this message for Mandy: "If you are going to have someone do your bidding for you, don't let an unqualified person give a medical opinion. It is both reckless and irresponsible."
