I even suggested switching to a different design to make things easier, and the tech mocked me under her breath. This isn't the first time this has happened to me here. The staff here are so rude and rush you out the door. In my experience, there are maybe one or two employees here who are actually friendly and professional. Overall, this place is never worth the time or money, and I would recommend going somewhere else.

What upset me most was the technician's attitude. When I asked about fixing the design, she looked visibly annoyed and disgusted that she had to address it at all. As a paying client, that reaction made me very uncomfortable. This used to be my go-to salon, but after this experience, I won't be returning. As a cosmetologist myself, I believe client satisfaction should always come first. For whatever reason, they didn't use any of the scrubbing tools on my mom's heels, so they were still rough when she left. I didn't realize it until after the fact, or else I would've pointed it out while we were there. Lastly, it's less than two weeks and I am attaching pictures of the paint job. It wasn't the best paint job anyway, you could see where they put too much nail polish and it started to fold over on itself. But the chipping, and so early, is atrocious! The last not so great thing was that the five-year-old child of one of the employees was running around the space, cute kid but...she was trying to move our shoes, my mom's purse and her cane, she was constantly talking while she was around us, then she was trying to paint her own nails and was upset she didn't really know how to do it. Then, she finally told us that we had to be quiet because she couldn't concentrate. Her parents finally stepped in at that point and put her in a back room, and then at another counter space across the way, but it's not the most relaxing or private experience, if I could say that, if you can't even talk talk to the person beside you who you came to the services with. It's kind of mid-level price, which is positive, and it's a nice enough space, comfortable and clean, but that's about it. I think we are going to continue to look elsewhere.
