The food is authentic, offering various cuisines, but primarily Filipino dishes that change from day to day. There are Filipino flavors and international dishes, as well as breakfast options like fresh fruit, pastries and many other choices. I had my all-time favorites, like Kare-Kare (oxtail curry), Sisig (chopped pork parts with chicken liver and onions, seasoned with calamansi and chili peppers), Lechon, Mahi-mahi fish in broth, Pansit, a variety of noodles, fried rice, eggs to order, and Lumpiang Sariwa (fresh spring rolls). There were so many more dishes to try. For drinks, I ordered a flat white coffee one day and enjoyed a variety of their fresh fruit drinks, like watermelon, cantaloupe and mango.
