The have screwed us over from day 1 and never did walk-thrus and our rental house has thousands of dollars worth of damage that could of been prevented had they just did walk-thrus and maintained the property as promised. I call after another 2 weeks and am told they're looking at rates for cheap repairs, I did this research myself and offered them my findings, was told to wait 6-8 weeks. I call again after 9 weeks and am told they're not obliged to fix it and they're not going to when their property is unrented, and probably won't when it is. Be ready to be lied to, everything is about the dollar (worth noting that each of these correspondences took me 3-4 phone calls each because they don't respond to voicemails requesting a callback with a callback number, and they likely screen calls)

The owner was extremely attentive to my concerns, and had his crew out to the house in short order. They located the markers and the survey was completed in a timely manner. The final survey map showed that I was in the right, thank God, but it's also nice to know exactly where the sewer easement is and just have everything in order just in case any additional concerns come up or for down the line if I sell the house. I have never had a survey done, but it was a painless process, and Robert was great to work with. I highly recommend them for all of your surveying needs!
