The have screwed us over from day 1 and never did walk-thrus and our rental house has thousands of dollars worth of damage that could of been prevented had they just did walk-thrus and maintained the property as promised. I was having some discussion with a neighbor over who was responsible for the upkeep of a particular fence and just to make sure there were not any further issues I reached out to Wilson Surveying. The owner was extremely attentive to my concerns, and had his crew out to the house in short order. They located the markers and the survey was completed in a timely manner. The final survey map showed that I was in the right, thank God, but it's also nice to know exactly where the sewer easement is and just have everything in order just in case any additional concerns come up or for down the line if I sell the house. I have never had a survey done, but it was a painless process, and Robert was great to work with. I highly recommend them for all of your surveying needs!
