The owner was extremely attentive to my concerns, and had his crew out to the house in short order. They located the markers and the survey was completed in a timely manner. The final survey map showed that I was in the right, thank God, but it's also nice to know exactly where the sewer easement is and just have everything in order just in case any additional concerns come up or for down the line if I sell the house. I have never had a survey done, but it was a painless process, and Robert was great to work with. I highly recommend them for all of your surveying needs!

That's about as low as it gets for a real estate agent. Perhaps an even better piece of advice though? You might check to see if some friends of this potential client are some people you cheated out of several thousand dollars. The word in Springfield gets around quick. What you did was very wrong and it cost you about 20K to ??? in this case. All you have to do is try a little honestly. It can go a very long way in a small town. Extremely unsatisfied by the tactics of Rhett in trying to gain new clients. He has much to learn about how to treat people in business.
