I was having some discussion with a neighbor over who was responsible for the upkeep of a particular fence and just to make sure there were not any further issues I reached out to Wilson Surveying. The owner was extremely attentive to my concerns, and had his crew out to the house in short order. They located the markers and the survey was completed in a timely manner. The final survey map showed that I was in the right, thank God, but it's also nice to know exactly where the sewer easement is and just have everything in order just in case any additional concerns come up or for down the line if I sell the house. I have never had a survey done, but it was a painless process, and Robert was great to work with. I highly recommend them for all of your surveying needs!

Pre-approved loan in hand, I arrived in the Memorial Day time period, and Dan graciously took my relatives and I to see 5 houses, and answered many detailed follow-up questions I had. We sat down and went over the details of buying in Missouri. Dan was a gentleman, very personable, and an experienced professional. My husband was in the running for a job where we live with a major company, and he got it. So, my move to Missouri is postponed for now. I still subscribe to listing updates and keep my eyes open for houses. When we finally get to Missouri, I will be calling on Dan. Regarding the comment by the man Kevin S. in 2016...I have no idea about the agent he mentioned; however, the comment about Murney Associates being "dumb rednecks" is an ignorant, inflammatory, prejudice comment. Untrue, and not my experience. There are always two sides to a story. Unfortunately, Yelp doesn't allow down marks on comments. Murney is rated in the top realtors in the United States. He doesn't charge prospective tenants an application fee.

I paid Rhett for his handyman to fix a list of things that needed to be fixed. Some were never completed, some were done halfway and the guy never came back to finish the job and two things were fixed. I have called and called about the issue but I continue to get blown off. To top this off when I moved into the house the dishwasher didn't work. It came out of the place it goes into. Come to find out it was switched out after what I had looked at when I bought the house. I now have a dishwasher that was not the one in the listing. I was speaking to the person named Andy from Cornerstone Property Inspections who inspected the house and Rhett but both have blown me off. Watch out for Rhett Smillie. He will take your money and that's all he cares about. I feel the money I paid his handyman was stolen from me. I ended up having to fix things myself. Other things aren't fixed right. This home buying experience with Rhett Smillie has been a bad experience. I don't suggest using him or Cornerstone Property Inspections. EDIT - There has been so much bs with these people.
