I learned so much about this whole process and felt so comfortable throughout the entire thing! I really appreciated everyone teaching me about the process of buying a house so I could make an educated decision. They have so many contacts within the housing market, and know someone pretty much for any type of repair or inspection you may need. Buying a house is a big deal and they treat it as such! Do you want to know what this alleged RE professional told me? "You should look in MISSISSIPPI". I called her for help in Springfield, MO. She refers me to MS. It felt like I had entered the senility zone. I thought to myself 'If this is what MO puts out, I am in trouble'. Besides that-how completely rude if it wasn't a senility thing, right? Like, what? It's cool, though. I just wanted to post because we DID move to Springfield, despite weirdo Debra's offer to mo to MS. We finally found a good realtor after a few more trash ones. And we found an awesome house. So, avoid any realtor that refers you to another state like a complete idiot.

He doesn't charge prospective tenants an application fee.
