A second crew showed up one or two days later. They too were sent off the job because of bad workmanship. A third crew arrived and decimated an old oak that was a major, dramatic feature of our house. They were told by me and the first manager that came to look at the job that the was not to be touched. Our very expensive tree lighting was also disturbed and broken. They fixed one fixture but when dealing with the others they broke they refused to replace them or reimburse me for having them fixed. They charged a great deal of money and were completely paid.

Ryan was very responsive and came out to evaluate the space and provided a sketch design within a week. Once I gave the word to proceed, he ordered the new rocks and plants. Once he knew when the rock would be delivered, he arranged for his team to complete the work the same day. They did the project in one day, while I and my significant other were at work. The job had to start with Ryan's team clearing out the layers of mulch and rock in all three flower beds. Then they laid down the weed barrier, planted the new plants and finally added the new rock. Ryan also did a fantastic job treating the stone bordering all of the beds. Our neighbors keep telling me they can't believe the transformation and also continue to comment on how beautiful everything looks. Thanks again to Ryan and his team. Then, today, they showed up at my door and wanted to know why I had not deleted the review. I explained that they didn't finish the job. A couple of hours later, they showed up with a truck load of fill dirt and got it filled in correctly. So, they did correct the mistake. Two important notes here: 1 - the business owner reads and responds to reviews and 2 - Yelp reviews work. So, problem corrected. Took a while...but problem corrected. As a side note, the business owner apparently isn't the one doing the work. So, when he got word of the issue, he sent them out to fix it. Twice.

We reached out to King of Lawn Care initially to get our lawn under control with hopes of…read moreeventually maintaining it on our own. After speaking with the office manager (she was great), she let us know that our area on Wednesdays. The first cut we had, was fine. It was expensive, but they stated it was because it was an overgrowth fee (double the price). We agreed and they cut our lawn. Downside of the first cut: We paid over $100 for them to spend 25 minutes at our property and to miss a few areas with the mower and miss a few spots with the weedeater. After this initial cut, we decided we wanted to bring them on for weekly lawn maintenance and agreed to the rate online. We did this on a Friday, so we expected our lawn to be cut the following week. On Wednesday PM when our lawn wasn't serviced, I called their line and the owner answered. He stated that typically our lawn would be serviced on Tuesday/Wednesday but moving forward we would be notified prior to service. He also stated that he would get to the lawn the next day (Thursday). Friday PM the lawn had still not been serviced so we called again and there was no answer, we left a message asking for a schedule and to ask if we would be charged an overgrowth fee since they haven't come out. Still waiting to hear back. We're okay if they don't want to service our lawn, but at least communicate that. Do not recommend.

He even walked over to the adjacent house to inquire if he could trim the tree encroaching on their property.
