I first met Gerry in October 1998. Even though my house was an original, she stated "I do not do…read morehomes in the North side". I paid her thousands of dollars over the years. She would bring me broken items from TJmax and other peoples homes and charge me lots of money. She would sell me furniture that was damaged and ask for alot of money claiming my husband is a lawyer or I had a stroke and I need the money. The straw that broke the camels back was when she had Tim Paul paint my home and Griffin Pool resurfaced my pool and deck. She never came back to check her work. My house was painted twice by her contractors who painted over the AC units and damaged the screens. I worked for Donna Karan. And when these celebrities visited they said who did your home I said Gerry Dale from Gallery South. They were like 'doc" you need to get your money back. One of her contractors borrowed $400 telling me couldn't buy his daughter Christmas gifts because Gerry refuses to pay her contractors. The first time I went to her office it was filthy and papers were everywhere. This woman does not have class and not even a degree. Do not hire her unless want some used items that she gets off her "rich clients". Shame on her. I need her to provide me receipts so that I could get reimburse from my insurance company she stated "I do not keep receipts...giggle giggle...I am always at the market buying the Barnett family original items". And to this day my house is still not finished and damaged. Run run from Gerry Dale.
