She did my taxes correctly for the most part as far as I can tell, except that I ended up paying during a year when I hadnt made hardly any money at all. I had a problem with an accountant before her, and I hired her to help me fix the issue, which as far as the returns go she did. I also asked her to help me deal with FTB about the debt, and she basically did some procedure with them that took 6 months, before which I HIGHLIGHTED REPEATEDLY that I did not want to pay more interest, she responded that that account would be on hold and there would be no interest. Well at the end of 6 months, I ended up having to take the matter into my own hands, pay nearly 2000.00 dollars in interest. When ever I have any questins about anything I have to wait 2 weeks to a month, and our appointments never seem to resolve anything I repeatedly ended up calling FTB myself to resolve it. I am now about to pay more money for something she did and didnt take responsibility for. if you want straight forward work done, she will do a good job, but don't hire her to clean up any messes, it will end bad. I am grateful for her help, but it was AGONIZINGLY SLOW, and disappointing to have to do everything extra myself. I dont know that first thing about talking with FTB, or maneuvering their systems, and I was forced to resolve 'clean up' part of the issue my self, paying over 5000+$ for a bill that was originally 1800.00 or 2000. She made excuses that seemed legit but was really hiding behind the confusion left by the man who messed it all up in the first place (before I hired her) the extra money was over 60% interest for her mis information, and misleading me by telling me that the account would be on hold, and despite me asking and insisting if that meant NO INTEREST, AND HER SAYING YES THATS WHAT IT MEANT, I payed the interest. read more

Absolutely a must. This woman helped me do my taxes in ten minutes flat after not filing for a few years. Very cute shabby chic decor loft space. Very professional. Extremely helpful and certainly took the edge off with her quick skills. Brought in my info and check stubs, poof two weeks later it's in the bag! So simple. Lots of parking behind the Chico collective market. So much relief given in just a few moments . Meant so much to me to have the help by someone that was truly engaging, not a robot, and being around good vibes that permeate her space. A must if you have anxiety. DO NOT, I repeat DO NOT have this person do your income taxes! She does not know what she's doing. She is disorganized, did not give us clear instructions or good advice and made errors on our returns. She told us she filed the amended returns when actually she never filed them! I had to call her months after she did the returns to find out she never filed them! To this day I still don't know if the state has our amended 2020 return. She made a big error on the federal amended return which I just now discovered 9 months after she did the return! This person has no business doing any tax returns, she is completely inept. We are in trouble with the IRS now with no easy fix. read more
