Walk up to these guys and their smoker in a parking lot - super friendly, super knowledgeable about their food. Simple menu, but everything is AWESOME. We grabbed brisket dinner, rib dinner and an extra half chicken (it looked too good to pass up). The dinner has sides of incredible baked beans and potato salad. Then move one to grandma's dessert - we chose lemon cake and pound cake. But so many other choices were available - all home made. The desserts were incredibly good. Tip - absolutely order the brisket and ribs. For the chicken, they'll chop it in chunks with a cleaver for easy finger eating. I recommend asking to keep the half chicken whole and pull it apart and avoid the bone fragments. Get the hot sauce on everything- not too hot, but so tasty.
