There was one minor issue--the crew didn't arrive on the originally scheduled day (we assumed it was due to thunderstorms), and no one reached out to confirm. But after I called, they were very responsive and got us back on the schedule quickly. When the crew did arrive, they were on time, professional, and efficient. They did a fantastic job with the removals and pruning, took care of a couple of extra tasks, and left our yard immaculate. Not a twig left behind! Despite the one scheduling glitch, we were very impressed and are extremely happy with the results. I had them come back to cut down a lot of shrubs, a small palm shrub in front and some overgrown vegetation in the rear yard. They did a good job considering they couldn't remove the stumps because of water pipes in two areas. I was just glad it all was cut down. They also hauled most of it away but did leave some debris in the rear yard from a large shrub. They were reasonable on everything.
