I've had two experiences with Alfred's Superior Tree Service. The first was about a year and a half…read moreago when one of my maples was doing poorly. I not only had difficulty reaching so-called professional arborists (didn't answer their phones/didn't return my call), I had people just not show up for the appointment! Alfred's phone was answered promptly and Donnie showed up for our appointment as promised and was a complete professional. My second encounter was last week. I was a little worried about the owner's reluctance to schedule a definitive time to assess my situation. He explained he would prefer to call closer to the day to avoid having to cancel an appointment. I imagine since he's been doing this since 1975 he's found an effective method. Donnie and assistant showed on time for the appointment, carefully listened to what I needed done, completed the trimming quickly, and cleaned up the yard beautifully. The only reason I didn't give the fifth star is that my gate was left open, which is a pretty big deal to a dog lover like myself.
