Called to get a estimate 3rd week of March. Mr. Tunnel came by and discussed the job. He agreed to come back the 1st Saturday in April to do the work. Didn't show. Had equipment problems. Rescheduled for Tuesday the 14th. Didn't show again. No call. We called his office. Office person didn't have record of appointment. Set 3rd date for Saturday morning the 19th first thing in the morning. Showed up at 11:35 am to get the gate key. My wife said " You finally showed up ! , I was thinking about hiring someone else." Mr.Tunnel's reaction was to say, "Go ahead ! I'll just pack up and go !" Then he stormed off in a huff. That's Piss Pore service if I've ever seen it. Kelly and his excellent team showed up at 7:30 a.m. as promised, unloaded their equipment and got started on work around our house, driveway, and barn. They trimmed up a couple of 60'+ tall oak trees (one very close to the house) removed a huge oak leaning the wrong way toward the house and trimmed out dead wood and overhanging limbs along the driveway and around the barn. They brought the right equipment for the job and were very professional, deliberate, and attentive with their work! They all definitely knew what they were doing and only stopped to eat lunch - for about 15 minutes, before getting back to work and finishing up around 2:30 p.m. Absolutely recommend Kelly and KTE Services to do tree removal work anywhere! read more

Kelly and his team did a wonderful job for my property that needed a lot of TLC after purchasing. They cut the wood into firewood for me and stacked it and raked up all the excess leaves and limbs that fell from trimming. They remove a 46 in trunk and root and sliced the trunk because I wanted the wood for furniture and then ground stumps out and now have great tree mulch. They are very hard working and friendly and really made my yard look beautiful and clean when they left! read more
