He gave me his opinion, I told him I would let the office know the next day what I had decided, and that I was unhappy that Alex didn't bother to show. Unannounced on the third day Alex came to my house. I told him I'd already signed a contract with another company, that I didn't require his service. He asked if I was having it cut down, I said no. He said 'you're wasting your money', as he glanced at my tree. I said I don't require your services, thank you. You can go. He said, "you asked for my opinion and I'm gonna give it to you!" I told him he didn't bother to show or call for the first appointment, he didn't show for the second appointment, I'm not using his company. Instead of an apology, he said 'This is your fault because you were impatient. You wanted to see me, I'm gonna tell you what you need to do!' I told him to get off my property, he refused to leave immediately, telling me I was wasting my money. In Northwest Wichita, KS. I found out my tree was split down…read morethe middle. I called around and B and B (Brian, owner) was the first to respond on a Friday, and come out the same day. After careful thought and research, I called Brian on that next Monday morning, and he came out and removed my tree. Although his crew was already booked up that day, Brian was able to take the tree down by himself. Impressive to say the least, since this was a 20 year old tree, about 30ft tall and 12" base. After the agreed upon work, clean-up and haul-off, I was very satisfied with his work, and at an affordable price. I would recommend Brian for all of your tree pruning and removal needs!
