Very reasonable rates too! They pruned and cut down over 25-30 trees plus moved them to a safe location for us to burn, also great for stump grinding.

They remove a 46 in trunk and root and sliced the trunk because I wanted the wood for furniture and then ground stumps out and now have great tree mulch. They are very hard working and friendly and really made my yard look beautiful and clean when they left!

Editing 7/31/26 to add the screenshots below. After my review, Ron texted me threatening to sue for…read moredefamation. It's been brought to my attention that he's also posted on his personal Facebook page that I called him to curse him out, which is untrue. I was calm and professional, as Ron knows. He states that he gave me a discount, which is also a lie. He also advertises on his Yelp page that he guarantees one full year of work, and will return for free to fix any and all issues. Unsurprisingly, another lie. On 5/12/26, Ron and his team cut back and treated a handful of trees/saplings on my property and along my fence line. Ron reassured me that the treated trees would not be a problem moving forward. Less than two months later, almost all trees and saplings have grown back. On 7/7/26, I reached out to Ron about the trees growing back. He deflected any possible error, focusing on a handful of trees that I had him clean up but not treat. After stopping by to look over the regrowth, we spoke by phone. At this time, almost two months after the initial service, he advised me that he would be unable to fully cut or treat trees at the fence line. (There were trees that were fully on my property and/or up against my house that grew back, but he wouldn't take any accountability for those.) When I asked Ron why he hadn't informed me of what he was and was not able to do before I agreed, he became incredibly defensive and argumentative. He stated that he would come out a second time to take care of the regrowth, but my issues were with new saplings, not trees he treated (which is incorrect). When I pushed back on why he had not been upfront about his limitations, he began speaking over me and cutting me off. I politely requested that he not cut me off when he replied "You know what, do whatever you want," before hanging up on me. So while he could not follow through on his initial promise of successfully treating trees, he also will not be following through on his second promise of correcting what he failed to do initially. While Ron is nice enough initially, once issues arise and he's on the hot seat, his egotistical side will appear. Take your money to a company who deserves it - Ron doesn't.

We made arrangements for them to spray June 26th 2023 at 10 a.m., because we had other commitments earlier in the day. The sprayer showed up at 9 a.m. and explained that we were his last stop and he proceeded anyway. I asked him to pay additional attention to the tops of the trees while he was spraying, and he replied "You're not going to tell me how to spray. Find someone else to spray your trees", and then he drove off. The summary is that Custom Lawn Service is going to do things their way, and not pay attention to the customer's wishes or requests. They'll show up when they want to, not when you want them to, and they will be insulted if you ask them to do something. Stay away from these people if you have any idea at all that they are supposed to be working for you, and not the other way around.

I requested I be contacted in the morning to confirm he would be there the next day, I was not. I called and was told he would be out later in the day. At 5 o'clock on the second day an employee with minimal experience showed up. He gave me his opinion, I told him I would let the office know the next day what I had decided, and that I was unhappy that Alex didn't bother to show. Unannounced on the third day Alex came to my house. I told him I'd already signed a contract with another company, that I didn't require his service. He asked if I was having it cut down, I said no. He said 'you're wasting your money', as he glanced at my tree. I said I don't require your services, thank you. You can go. He said, "you asked for my opinion and I'm gonna give it to you!" I told him he didn't bother to show or call for the first appointment, he didn't show for the second appointment, I'm not using his company. Instead of an apology, he said 'This is your fault because you were impatient. You wanted to see me, I'm gonna tell you what you need to do!' I told him to get off my property, he refused to leave immediately, telling me I was wasting my money. I had to tell him a second time to get off my property, he yelled at me all the way to his truck. I have NEVER had an experience like that.
