After taking my deposit, the owner, Matthew Faile, completely disappeared and never returned to complete the work. Despite multiple promises to either begin the job or refund my money, nothing has happened. Every time I contact him, he gives a new excuse or a false promise that he'll "take care of it." It's been nearly two months of back-and-forth with no results--just a frustrating game of cat and mouse. This has been a very disappointing and unprofessional experience. I would strongly caution anyone from doing business with Faile's Tree Service. If you value your time and money, look elsewhere.
