During service, a worker damaged my property, and the issue was only addressed after I reported it. Even then, I had to repeatedly follow up regarding the repairs and when they would actually be completed. I also initially requested mulch installation, but after several appointments where the installation was either not properly scheduled or simply not completed, I ultimately canceled that service. Overall, the lack of communication, follow-through, and accountability was extremely frustrating. Poor service, poor communication, and poor customer service. I would not recommend.

Called this company to come out and fix a leak in the roof. Workers were very nice, but not very…read moreskilled. They replaced one board, but left a gap in the roof. They were asked to replace other boards, but advised they were solid, and did not replace them. Shingles were lifted or removed and tar was put down to seal the roof, but they did NOT replace the shingles correctly! Roof was still leaking, they were called back a second time, did not charge for the visit, but did not fix the problem by applying more tar. Now tar has run down the sides of the dormer, mold is growing on the roof boards and the roof is still leaking. I would not advise calling this company, as workers are not skilled.
