These people Southeastern Tree Experts Brett Joseph Prentiss Ciera Blackmon are CROOKED AND UNPROFESSIONAL. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THEIR BUSINESS TO ANYONE. My mother PAID for a job that has YET to be completed and another one in advance due to the owner asking for cash because the banks would be closed when he would come back to do the other job. Mind you, my mother only paid this man in advance because of the kids, which he brought along with his pregnant girlfriend, who all sat on my mother's back porch with her. My mother watched and held the little girl and watched their son while their mother went to the store to go get drinks and this is how they repay her after she paid him in advance out of love, gave each of the workers lunch money, a tip, and fruit. They never came back, kept giving her the run around, saying they were out of town, ignoring and never returning her phone calls so she got friends to call on her behalf and those calls were ignored also, even after voice mails were left. So to prevent others from being ripped off by them, the police advised her to go to small claims court. If you go to their business page you will find another review about them ripping off someone's grandmother in December of 2015.

I simply put my info in requesting an estimate and got a message from Kirby asking when to come out and talk. We knew right away that he was the man for the job (just have a conversation with him and you'll quickly realize he isn't selling anything, only wanting to give the customer what they desire). He gave us an estimate on the spot, showed up when he said he would and, as evident by the end result, meticulously installed each piece of our fence - IN ONLY THREE DAYS! We went from our back yard belonging to our dogs to us now wanting to fix it up. If you are trying to decide who to go with for your fencing needs, give Kirby (and his helper, Jesse) a try. I promise you will not be disappointed.

They came out and put up a fence and automatic gate for me. I have no complaints about the fence…read moreitself. The automatic gate never worked more than a month or two after installation. I would call and he would come out and install something, charge me hundreds of dollars with each new fix and it would only work for a month or two before it quit working all together. It was never really fixed, just temporary fixes. Then he stopped answering my calls requesting help for the horrible work that they did. One of the biggest problems was that he dug a hole in the ground and put the battery for the gate in a hole in the ground so guess what happened when it rained? Battery sitting in a hole full of water in the ground. Refused to fix it right or answer my calls. My son in law who had no prior automatic gate experience fixed it and it has worked ever since. He got my battery up and off/out of the ground. If you cannot do a better installation then that and then give the customer attitude and or ignore them when you did poor work to start with. Constantly charging me hundreds of dollars each time he came out for the gate to then only work for a month or two each time. I am an elderly woman living on a fixed income and wanted the gate for more security at my home. I spent hard earned money and deserve it to be installed or fixed the right way and no attitude or ignoring my calls when its your fault in the first place. I would not recommend this company for an automatic gate installation/repair.
