My name is Tracey Simmons. My address is 6524 Lake Forest Rd. E., Charlotte, NC 28227. The reason…read morewhy I am writing this is because of the damages that Eco-irrigation left. First they would not wait for the people to come and mark the lines like they were supposed to. They ended up cutting my cable line twice and I had to call for it to be repaired. Not only that the machine that he used on my driveway, which is called a trencher damaged it to the point where now there's running cracks all up my driveway. I used to work in this field. You are supposed to lay plywood or some other wood over the cement so it won't crack but they did not do that. They also left lines showing for the watering. Didn't even try to bury it. Every time I try to contact him he doesn't answer his phone. I've tried for two weeks on his business line But he would not answer the phone. He has to answer that phone for business so when he sees my number, I believe he does not answer. I will never tell anyone that you do good business. He acted very professional when he came and told me not to worry about anything that he does this every day the way he does it. This company does not take care of damages that it makes on your property so my suggestion is not to use Eco irrigation. There were no cracks in my driveway before they started. And I have proof of that. Week before he came, I had my driveway power wash. I checked it and it looked perfect. I was so proud of it.So I know it came from the machines. The owners name is David Alcantara. They also broke our fence. We can't close it because the machine that they were using backed into the gate and broke the handle on it. what's right is right and when you damage something you should repair it!

We were in a bind and needed help quickly. Two companies who were working on installing cables in…read morethe area really messed up our irrigation system near the backflow device and our main water line. While this wasn't intentionally done, and they tried to do some things to help restore our water, unfortunately the people who did the work lacked the expertise to complete the job. We needed someone before the hole was closed and work completed. The backflow device, which by itself is an expensive piece to replace, was toast. Our irrigation system was completely cut off. We called our plumber, All Hours Plumbing, who referred us to Blue2Green. Micheal and his associate sized up the situation and not only replaced the backflow device, but also rerouted the pipes, simplifying the arrangement and adding a new cut-off valve. His charge was very reasonable, considering the effort involved, all the parts, and what he did to straighten out the problem. What I ended up with was in my opinion a work of art. I will continue to use him for all our irrigation needs. I highly recommend his services. If you need a professional for any irrigation problem I suggest you contact Blue2Green. I don't think that any of the other companies I've used in the past for irrigation problems could have handled this so artfully, efficiently and timely.

We were satisfied with the results but saw a neighbor had hired the team of Moses and Ewing to do their mulch. I noticed it looked like they had a lot of extra bark mulch, which we could use in the backyard, and we asked if he was interested in placing it in the back of our property. He called his boss, William, and we all agreed on a fair price. they are hard workers and cleaned up nicely. In the years to come they may be our new "GO TO" Landscapers if the price is right!
