I found them on their website and left my information on their contact page. Almost a week later the owner finally called me, said he never really checks that page - "Most people just call me on the phone." We discussed the work I wanted done and he seemed very interested in the job and wanted to start right away. When I told him he needed to make a bid because I was in contact with other companies his enthusiasm dropped and he said he would get back with me. That was the last I ever heard from him. No follow-up of any kind. I went with Alpine Tree Service and am very glad I did. They used great safety equipment (noticed hard hats were missing in the videos on this company's website) and charged just what the bid was for. Alpine is who I would go with again, they were very professional and did awesome work. Still no word from Monster Trees. read more
