Within a month everything failed and when I reached out I received no response. A good friend recommended Thompsons Enterprises. They came out and had everything fixed in two hours, even a leak in our system that they had to dig up the entire box for. Pricing is a bit more than some others, but as I have learned, more often than not, it is well worth it. The other guys were cheaper, but they took 5 times as long, and it all broke, so it was a complete waste of money. With Thompsons Enterprises I got quality work and a company that will back their work.

Not only that but for every month the balance isn't paid you get charged a $25.00 fee even before the end of Oct. when supposedly the season ends. He said it says this in the contract where you choose the services you want at the beginning of the season. IT MUST BE IN VERY FINE PRINT!!! NOT AT ALL UNDERSTANDING. He probably picked up another client to replace us and then in addition wants to charge us $580.00. That puts him way ahead of the game.

I was happy they got the clear filter fixed to run the system, although they left some debris behind. The second time I called the company, it was to have a float put in the sump to shut the irrigation system off if the water dropped too low. They were also supposed to repair my back flow prevention device. By the time they got done, my irrigation controller was broke and what I asked for had not been done! The owner, Josh Thompson has refused to repair the controller, BUT, he won't charge me for the time his guys were here!!! They broke the controller, I have to try to fix it myself or buy a new one. Very bad customer service, I do not recommend them. What is shames, is that I am 64 years old and have rheumatoid arthritis, my husband is a 73 year old disable Vietnam veteran. i had KF Services convert my manual valve control of 7 watering zones to automatic valves with…read moretimer control. so they only had to remove the existing manual valves and replace with automatic type. the system was like 50 years old. the cost for parts plus labor was about $4000 and was imo a very fair price for the work done. i was very happy with Kyler and Eric that did mostly all the work and timely. would use them again for any more work on the system when needed.

BUYER BEWARE!!!!!!!!! I moved into a new home in October…read more When spring came my sprinkler system was not working properly and had two "faults". KF came recommended by a handyman service. They came while I was at work and was asked to address the "faults" (among other things). When I got home nothing was done with at least one of the "faults" and a bank of sprinklers were not working. When I called KF they said I should have the handyman take care of it from this point. I was told KF was the go to sprinkler company, obviously that is not the case.... They did say they could come back and take a look but they it would be several weeks. Next time I won't pay my bill until the job is don't to my satisfaction, lesson learned. No more KF Sprinkler service for me. It is now July and they have not been out to address my original concerns as they said they would.
