Bert has a large number of smokers to sell - wood, gas, pellet, electric, etc. But what he does best is give advice. He helped us pick a smoker, woods, and the spices. I didn't blame Fruita wood as this was obviously a pay pal error. Since it hadn't shipped yet this could have been easily fixed. Instead the owner Bert told me to deal with PayPal. Which is what I did. Then he got upset because I went to pay pal. I didn't file a claim I just opened an inquiry to let pal pay know there was a problem. Bert obviously has social issues as I read other complaints where Bert's more interested in proving his point rather than just taking care of his customers. I certainly won't be ordering again and I'll let as many people as I can know what kind of business this is .

I get it....help your customer....but with a very lengthy check out you might want to at least acknowledge there is another customer waiting while 3 employees stand there helpless to do anything. Guys....it is a simple screen repair. Take the screens....give me an estimate on when they will be done and a promise to call when complete. Because the length is 12' we hook up our trailer and drive from 30 road to 22 Road to get the siding. When we arrive we're shown a siding that isn't the material we requested but the correct material is stacked outside and plenty in stock. We're told, "oh I can't sell that, there's a shortage of lumber and we can only sell it with the framing pack." So why did the person on the phone on Friday tell us we could pick up the quantity we needed if they were not going to sell it to us? We strongly recommend checking every other source available before spending any money at 84!!

Recommend 100%. As per other reviews here about damage things I did not experienced that all, and this tree was right up against the neighboors fence and my garage.
