I was told to go ahead and buy the sprinklers I needed replaced. I never heard back from them. After three weeks I called them back. I was told that the ball had been dropped but they would get right on it and call me to set up an appointment in a week or so. They said they would send this right to the manager. Again I received no communication of any kind from them so after two weeks I called a third time. That was last Friday. I was told they couldn't understand what happened. That afternoon I got a call from the owner, Joshua. He began to tell me of extra costs and charges he would have to tack onto my project and that the sprinklers I bought could not be used unless they met his standards. This is all before anybody visited my lawn to see the job. He said he would contact me this week. A week went by and I had heard from nobody so I called for a fourth time today. I was told again that they couldn't understand what was happening to cause the delay and that I'd get a call before the end of the day. At 5:00 I had still not received a call back so I called both the office number and the owner's number. I got no answer but left two messages. Each time I've called the office number I have talked to a different person. All of them were able to find my information. All were extremely apologetic but nothing has happened. My first call was May 11 and today is July first.

Dave's response was to pile yard debris he had removed from our yard in the street behind my husband's truck, blocking him in our driveway. We will never recommend this business to anyone.

I signed up and the service was performed and I was a satisfied customer... UNTIL I found I was overcharged as the amount charged included what the city was too pay. I talked to the plesant ladies a sav-a-tree and was to get a refund. I estimate about $155 or so. Months later still n9 refund But did get a lot of excuses. What was a mistake has turned into a stressful situation. Not sure if I will ever get my refund.

Multiple calls later (they didn't reach out - once - we had o follow up on no shows), we were $400 over the estimate and given the excuse that there were several scheduling mistakes and communication apologies. We were not fencing a mansion - IT WAS A 900 SQ F TRAILER. Paying the final (and unbudgeted for due to the many mistakes) bill was truly painful. We should not have had the added expense for what was discussed and never done. HORRIBLE horrible experience. Do better. Stay away.

I had 21 year old aspen tree come down in a recent high wind. It was one of two trunks in the…read moreclump. It brolke right at the base. Josh Miller the owner of the service came the next day after my call. The tree had ripped out roots when it fell. I had already lost one trunk of an adjacent pair a few years ago. The second truck of the broken one needed to be removed, and an exam of three other clumps showed one trunk pair with blight. They needed removal too. Josh and his crew came today, five days after the estimate was competed and removed the downed one and three standing trunks. It was done very efficiently, and the cleanup was thorough. They were very careful to keep all the debris within my yard, without damage to the adjacent fencing or shrubbery. The life of my remaining aspen trees is probably two years or less, and I will call Miller's Tree Service when it's time to remove them.
