I'm having really poor weed control this year using a different company and the person who mows my lawn suggested I call Liquigreen. I called Liquigreen yesterday, Monday. The person that I spoke to was pretty short, I chucked it up to maybe she was having a bad day (my bad I didn't get her name). She said she would have someone come out today to look at the lawn. Today's Tuesday and I waited until after 3pm. Finally called Liqui Green because I had not heard from anyone and spoke to I believe her name was Judy? Anyway, she proceeded to tell me that they had been working on a leak since this morning and "someone might still be out". She kept asking if I was sure that they had scheduled for today and I said yes, because I had told the other woman the person who mows the lawn was coming today and she said that wasn't an issue. Asked if she was going to let me know if someone would be out, and she said she would call them and call me back. She called me back and proceeded to tell me they were not scheduled to come out today and would be out another day this week. She was unable to tell me what day this week they could come out. I told her never mind let's just call it a wash and she said okay. Wow okay. I certainly won't try them again. Horrible business practice, if you don't want my business, don't waste my time scheduling a day "to come out to look at the lawn" and then lying saying it wasn't scheduled for today.
