I was told that the ball had been dropped but they would get right on it and call me to set up an appointment in a week or so. They said they would send this right to the manager. Again I received no communication of any kind from them so after two weeks I called a third time. That was last Friday. I was told they couldn't understand what happened. That afternoon I got a call from the owner, Joshua. He began to tell me of extra costs and charges he would have to tack onto my project and that the sprinklers I bought could not be used unless they met his standards. This is all before anybody visited my lawn to see the job. He said he would contact me this week. A week went by and I had heard from nobody so I called for a fourth time today. I was told again that they couldn't understand what was happening to cause the delay and that I'd get a call before the end of the day. At 5:00 I had still not received a call back so I called both the office number and the owner's number. I got no answer but left two messages. Each time I've called the office number I have talked to a different person. All of them were able to find my information. All were extremely apologetic but nothing has happened. My first call was May 11 and today is July first.

BUYER BEWARE!!!!!!!!! I moved into a new home in October…read more When spring came my sprinkler system was not working properly and had two "faults". KF came recommended by a handyman service. They came while I was at work and was asked to address the "faults" (among other things). When I got home nothing was done with at least one of the "faults" and a bank of sprinklers were not working. When I called KF they said I should have the handyman take care of it from this point. I was told KF was the go to sprinkler company, obviously that is not the case.... They did say they could come back and take a look but they it would be several weeks. Next time I won't pay my bill until the job is don't to my satisfaction, lesson learned. No more KF Sprinkler service for me. It is now July and they have not been out to address my original concerns as they said they would.

Anyway, we were hard-pressed (no less on a weekend) to find a tree service to come out STAT! While we are truly thankful for all those that reached out to us regarding our emergency situation, Uprooted was the first to respond so we went with them. All I can say is that the owner Nathan aka (Climbing Arborist Extraordinaire) and his awesome and essential ground team Anthony and Brooklyn did an outstanding job! They were kind, professional, exhibited extreme care with our tree, property and the safety of the surroundings and themselves - especially Nathan up in the tree while it was swinging and swaying in the wind and smoke from nearby fires! They successfully mitigated the tree in a holding position away from the roof. When they returned on Monday am...their teamwork, clean-up, care for our lawn and overall property was unmatched! After his last "No show" and realizing his helpers poured dirt on top of grass that was supposed to be dug up in preparation for new sod Dave was supposed to put in, we let him know we would not be using him any longer and someone else was hired to finish. Dave's response was to pile yard debris he had removed from our yard in the street behind my husband's truck, blocking him in our driveway. We will never recommend this business to anyone.
