The team were quick, safe and very friendly, and I can highly recommend their work. The only comment I would make is that they left the wood at the front of the house for their removal colleague to pick up the day after (so do bear that in mind), but he left a few larger pieces with no explanation. To his credit, Matt was very quick to apologise and organise a new person to collect the last couple of logs.

They quoted £65 and charged £240 to remove the waste and outsourced it to various individuals who didn't have the resources, tools, or jigsaw to cut down and remove the waste. 1. Day 1, I was charged £140 because the builders arrived with a small jigsaw and the wrong tools. 2. Day 2, they didn't arrive and I had to enlist help to remove the waste from the road, garden and other areas didn't show up. 3. Day 3, they arrived with another small van to help remove the waste and charged me £240 for both days and what I thought was that they remove the waste, only to find that they horrifically dumped, loitered and fly tipped the waste in a nearby estate, blocking residence from gaining access to their apartments. This is completely unacceptable. I opened a ticket, the company said they would call me back but 10 days later have not. I am now £240 down from an original quote of £65. Not only that, they have abandoned all the waste annoying over 200 residents. This is not a respectable company. They have not helped to resolve this issue, even though myself and 200 residents are aware of fantastic gardeners being the culprits in this matter. At the moment they risk receiving a £1,000 to £2,000 fine and they have still not responded. Don't waste your time. If you want to find a respectable company with the right tools, this is not the company. They will work by hand with basic tools, cost you a lot of money and charge you extra for removal, only to remove and dump nearby! I am disgusted!
