The worst company ever! FAKE REVIEWS. DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY AND FALL FOR A CHEAP QUOTE WHICH WILL COST YOU MORE LATER!! They quoted £65 and charged £240 to remove the waste and outsourced it to various individuals who didn't have the resources, tools, or jigsaw to cut down and remove the waste. 1. Day 1, I was charged £140 because the builders arrived with a small jigsaw and the wrong tools. 2. Day 2, they didn't arrive and I had to enlist help to remove the waste from the road, garden and other areas didn't show up. 3. Day 3, they arrived with another small van to help remove the waste and charged me £240 for both days and what I thought was that they remove the waste, only to find that they horrifically dumped, loitered and fly tipped the waste in a nearby estate, blocking residence from gaining access to their apartments. This is completely unacceptable. I opened a ticket, the company said they would call me back but 10 days later have not. I am now £240 down from an original quote of £65. Not only that, they have abandoned all the waste annoying over 200 residents. This is not a respectable company. They have not helped to resolve this issue, even though myself and 200 residents are aware of fantastic gardeners being the culprits in this matter. At the moment they risk receiving a £1,000 to £2,000 fine and they have still not responded. Don't waste your time. If you want to find a respectable company with the right tools, this is not the company. They will work by hand with basic tools, cost you a lot of money and charge you extra for removal, only to remove and dump nearby! I am disgusted! While I rated this service with one star, it is only because I cannot rate as a zero star. We have gardening service scheduled once each month. Last month I had an appointment scheduled for 4:00pm. The gardener called at 4:00pm to say he wouldn't be here until 5:30pm. At 5:30pm he called to say he wouldn't be here until 7:00pm. At 7:20pm he called to say he wasn't coming. This month, and another 4pm appointment on a Sunday. At 2:00pm the gardener called to say he could come right then. I told him I was out of London but would be back by 3:30pm and he could start then. I returned home at 3:10pm. At 3:30pm he called to say he was canceling the appointment for today and would reschedule. Fantastic Services is not a reliable company. read more

The customer service pre-gardening was pretty good. The gardeners did actually turn up, which is a definite plus on some companies, though they were over an hour late. The two gentlemen who arrived were polite, and hard working, but as they spoke little English, it was hard to really communicate much more than hand gestures to them. They got the gist, so it wasn't really an issue, but if it had been a complicated job, there might have been problems. Pros - they cleared a lot, and basically stripped everything back to bare earth (they didn't take away roots though, so 2 weeks later, I have new brambles growing). Cons - they did overcharge me on the garden waste clearance, adding an extra 4 bags. I knew this at the time, but just let it go, as it came to £12 and it wasn't worth the hand gestures. They also broke apart my garden bench, assuming it was rubbish. It was a decent, if old, wooden bench, so I was a bit gutted at that. The older chap also kept sighing in disapproval at the state of my garden. I could have done without the judgement. I'd still use them again though. A large and complex landscaping project carried out with no fuss or mess. The landscapers proved they had a good eye for garden design and completed the whole thing on time and as initially discussed (even finished a bit ahead of schedule).
