The friendly woman I first spoke with was able to set up a visit to get the quote for the very next day. Dustin came out to look at the job and give me a quote which I found to be reasonable. He made room in his schedule to get the work done the same day. He removed all of the shrubs and cleaned up all of the debris and even went above and beyond in pointing out some issues that he noticed on the side of our house, issues that had been hidden by the large shrubs, and was kind enough to offer advice and suggestions on how we could fix the problems. Most recently, on very short notice Reed's cut and removed 3 large trees that were toppled during our last winter snow storm. This work was done in a single day with literally no trace of any portion of either of the trees left behind. Since Dustin's business card indicated he does painting and remodeling I asked about refurbishing the wood siding on our screened porch. He agreed to take the job and told me he would contact me for an estimate come spring. As promised he touched base in May, provided a very fair estimate, and once again promised to contact me to schedule the job in June when weather would be appropriate. That job, which included power washing, staining and considerable carpentry to repair and replace damaged or rotted wood is now complete, and we are totally satisfied. During each of the projects the work was done exactly as promised and he consulted with us daily, and immediately when any problems or questions arose.
