I called BNC, they came out quickly and Chris took care of it. Listen folks, this is the most honest person i know in business. I stayed out there with him for awhile, he talked to me (while he worked) about his wife, kids, and how proud he is of them. I enjoy seeing and hearing a man who takes care of his family through hard work and clean living. If you have any lawn, irrigation, sprinkler or lawn care needs, call this company. Before the start of the Spring watering season, I wanted to have the heads checked and get a couple of sprinkler heads replaced that were gushing and leaking. I requested service on their website and was promptly called back to set up an appointment. I also noticed that Seniors automatically get a discount, I liked that. I was told my service technician would be Jim. He called around 30 minutes before he was scheduled to ensure I was home. He assessed the situation told me I had two heads that needed replacing and proceeded to finish testing the zones and repair the defective sprinkler heads. He finished up in less than 30 minutes. Jim was very nice but seemed very much in a hurry. This is my fault, but I was really surprised that he didn't come in to give me an estimate. I figured he was still out there checking the system. The bill was under $200 which I felt was excessive due to the time he spent working on the system. Oh well, live and learn, live and learn.
