Since I've hired two or three more landscapers or as I like to call, mow, blow and go. I saw Sunway in my neighborhood and was impressed by their truck and trailer, both were top notch, a sign they must be doing well. I signed on with them in March 2023 and they've done my yard twice. They literally do "everything". "Everything. You don't have to show them what to do, they can see what needs to be done and do it and do it fast. My sister is considering hiring them but that may have too much work as it is. We had a problem with our St. Augustine grass losing a battle of nutrients to a large growing oak…read moretree in the front yard. For years, we had the same local company. However, after they were bought out by a larger national grass care business, the quality of their lawn care became useless. After getting a letter from the HOA about the dead spots in the yard, I realized it was time to find a new company. I decided to give Pestology a try. I spoke with Mr. Joseph Walker. I described the issue and asked if he thought that Pestology could correct it. He drove to my home and assured me they could fix the issue. I also learned that if I set up auto-pay, the first month would be free. They were hired. About a week later, Bryan came to treat the lawn. Bryan is very friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. He started with the dead spots in the grass. In the problem area, he put a high-quality dirt mix. This was above and beyond what I expected. Bryan treated the problem area and the rest of the yard with a liquid and granual fertilizer. He also treated the weeds that were starting in the dead areas. Bryan followed up 2 weeks after the initial treatment to check the change. The yard looked better than the work the previous company tried for over a year to do. The change has been incredible. At the 2 week recheck, he treated the yard again. In another 2 weeks, we are going to get the regular lawn treatment. The grass is now a dark green color. I can't believe what an improvement there has been with my lawn because of Pestology. I could not recommend them more highly. They fix problems and follow-up!!!

After three years in our new house we could no longer tolerate the concrete driveway and walkway…read morethat were riddled with cracks and stains. It was time for pavers. We met with and got estimates from three contractors. All had installed pavers for neighbors and all had received high marks. We chose Justin Canova of Moderna Pavers because he was direct, professional, and fairly priced. He inspired confidence. From start to finish throughout the project, Justin was a pleasure to work with. He is helpful and 100% reliable, something that cannot often be said of contractors. The pavers were delivered on time, in the right color and quantity. His crew installed them perfectly and in record time. What's more, they cleaned up thoroughly before leaving. Justin delivers an outstanding experience and product.

I noticed some sunken spots in the driveway and called Moderna a week ago to see about repairs. An answering service picked up during regular business hours and I left a message for them to call me. No one bothered to call back. I'm disappointed in the fact that the driveway has sunk in spots and more so that the company couldn't even return the call. Follow up is just as important as the main job at least to me it is. I have another company coming out to give me a repair estimate. Update: I am upgrading my review as the issue was a communication issue through a third party. Justin was willing to come out and do the repair with no hesitation. Just about every contractor out there is backed up with projects due to COVID and Moderna was no different so to leave the poor review was not appropriate since it was a poor communication issue.
