Came out and someone was now there, she asked me if I had a ticket. I informed her I did not, as I did not see anyone when I came up. She very rudely said "I'm always around within eye shot, people just don't look" It is not a customers job to track you down or look for you if a department is open and you are to be covering a department. It is your job to get coverage if you're stepping out of that department. I also know she was not in eye shot as I did look around and wait.

Since new management arrived, my spouse, who has worked there for years, and other employees face harassment and disrespect. The environment is toxic, leaving my wife emotionally broken. I've seen the manager, Brian, acting aggressively and under the influence during visits, which is unsafe for staff and customers alike. My shifts change frequently to support my spouse, forcing other officers to rearrange their schedules--this ripple effect stresses many families, including mine. Kohl's has always been a go-to for me in finding business casual clothing through out the years, this location in particular, especially when I am back home in Newnan. It remains a constant spot for me and my dad due to the sales, which are normally pretty solid on majority of items throughout the store. On the latest trip in, I took my dad for some new clothes after losing a bunch of weight. We were able to get majority of a new wardrobe at good prices here, which was a relief because neither of us wanted to go to several other stores. Returns are usually pretty easy with Kohl's as well, which is another reason why they are a good option. Service is hit and miss at this location. Registers tend to back up easily and it is usually pretty tough to find someone on the floor that can assist in the right department. Never a massive issue, but aggravating in the moment. Overall, this Kohl's is a solid spot and will continue to be a go-to for the family when the need arises!

They have chicken coops, pen supplies, medicine for your animals and pretty much anything you'd need for your garden. In the spring they even have chicks for sale. If you are just here to browse on your own or grab something quick, your visit will usually go smoothly. If you are ever in need of assistance by a team member, that's where things get sketchy. Do you need a heavy item brought to the front? Expect an hour wait. Do you have a question about their products or need help finding something? Good luck finding an associate to ask, you'll need even more luck finding one that actually knows anything about farming. Are you in line at the customer service counter? Just go up front and tell a cashier you need assistance, no one will pass you by for days at the CS counter. I've personally assisted more than a few elderly woman with heavy stuff, not only inside the store but as they were trying to get it inside their car because there was no one else around to help. I've tried other Tractor Supply locations and I know this is not the norm, the Fayetteville location has some of the friendliest associates around. When I need actual assistance, like buying a new coop, I've learned to just go there instead.
