That was me when I found myself rolling through Crawford, Nebraska and saw the sign for C's Drive in. I could not have been more pleasantly surprised with my overall experience here. I spent some time talking to them as the place wasn't busy when I arrived, and I can tell you that they are working hard and paying close attention to the food that they're serving. I learned about the way they source the curds for their cheese curds and how they batter and fry them to perfection. I learned about the quality of their beef for the burger patties and how they tried a few combinations before deciding on what they use, (which is delicious), I learned about broasted chicken which is a way that chicken is prepared that leads to a fantastic outcome, (think fried chicken, but more crispy, never dry and loaded with juices). I feel like I can say with confidence that if you stop here and place an order, that the person preparing it will be taking their time and paying attention in order to serve you something that they can be proud of.
