We never heard back about the estimate nor received the jewelry. I checked two references before hiring the company. Both people praised the company's work. Those references were located in the suburbs of NYC where they seem to have a bigger following. I would not hire them again. I organized a sale on my own and got more foot traffic that way. Robert appears to have been the ringleader at this sale, he was very generous with his valuable time while sharing with me his expert knowledge referring to the specific vintage and condition of two pieces of furniture. He gave us a free education regarding the importance of dovetailing on dresser drawers.
