After a few minutes, I could tell something was not right and called for help. This is not how it felt during my first three treatments. No one came to my calls for help and the needle remained there for the 25-minute treatment. When they came to remove the needles there was bruising, swelling and bleeding from my temple. I was told that this was normal. I immediately got a headache and have been dealing with severe migraines for a month. I now have extreme sensitivity to light and cannot look at a screen. I NEVER suffered from headaches or migraines before this. I called twice letting them know what was going on and was told either "it's normal" or "it could be from something else," even though it started the moment the needle was misplaced and the migraines remain in the area where the needle was placed. The fact that they made a mistake, resulting in injury and have taken no accountability is shocking. These are supposed to be medical professionals. I have had multiple hospital visits and have been advised to start daily nerve pain medication in addition to the other migraine medications I have been taking for the past month. I wish I never came here.

I would highly recommend coming here weather it's your first time or you have been to other places before. Thank you so much.

Dr. Watson at Active Health and Wellness has made such a huge difference for me…read more I had so much pain and inflammation from doing my job that it was getting difficult for me to work. I honestly can't believe I worked like that for as long as I did. I had severe pain in my lower back and hands. I saw Dr. Watson and he did a whole body scan and gave me a plan on fixing my issues. Now I don't have any pain while I massage people. It's honestly a night and day difference. I've been getting adjustments from him and using the PEMF machine. The PEMF has reduced my inflammation in my hands and back. His adjustments are very gentle and on a table that moves. It's not the typical kind where they pick you up and crack your back. The biggest thing for me is that I can now work without being in pain. I'm so happy I found him! The initial body scan and first treatment are quite affordable as well.

I am usually very sick this time of year. January is often my worst month. This year I have not been sick per se, have had more energy and been able to participate in life like I haven't in almost a decade! Although I wasn't seeing Dr. Noah at the time, he answered some health questions about an issue I was having. His gift if insights and taking the time to email with me made me feel genuinely cared about - even though it was not a profit to him.

Doctor Storey is nice but pretty abrupt and doesn't really talk much. After the first visit he…read morenever really asked me if anything had changed or how I was feeling. It was a routine to him that he seemed to do on every patient. Go back to the room, do these same 5-10 adjustments, push you out of the office, "See ya later". I never knew when/if I was supposed to come back, if things were better or worse, etc. His office staff was friendly also but they often had a hard time figuring out the billing for my insurance and couldn't give me straight answers unless they had time to research my file and call me with an answer. However, their scheduling was very flexible and I never had a problem getting an appointment. Seemed almost like you didn't need one and could show up whenever. Not a horrible place, a little on the expensive side though even with insurance, and definitely not all about the personal care and attention side of the practice. I have since switched to BoDo Chiropractic and I am enjoying their quality of care immensely.

But out of pain and desperation, I was encouraged to see Dr. Storey by a family member. Man, am I glad I went to him. He completely restored my back- with minimal visits. He's not a chiropractor that wants to set you up for regular visits, and tells you you'll need x amount of visits before you'll be healed. He wants you fixed as quickly as possible, and says to come back as needed. That right there shows that he's not in the business of making money off your pain. I literally could not recommend him more.
