After loading my wash into the available machines, set the washers to extra hot. Paid my quarters, and started them. Went to see how they were doing after the cycle started. Water was ice cold. Went to the desk and asked what's up with the hot water, she proceeded to tell me that they've never had hot water. No signage anywhere to say, the machines are strictly cold water wash!

Found them via Google. This one was unique. They will do the stuff, fold it and deliver it back to me in my personal blue laundry bag they provide. All this was done overnight. This morning I got back my laundry, folded in the blue bag. Took me less than five minutes to get every thing back into drawers. Finally, I can see my floor again! Yes, I have been a slob recently. Poor health was a factor, but not the main cause. The folding puts my teeth on edge. Also gave them some badly stained work towels. They came with some faint memory of the stain, but you could tell they were clean. Cost was reasonable. Service was superior.

It's been my go-to for years. That ends today. Their own signage clearly states "Last wash: 7:15pm." I parked at 7:13pm, walked in at 7:16pm, and was immediately met with a dismissive "you just here to dry?" from an employee named LeeAnne. No greeting, no flexibility, just a flat-out denial of washer service. I was stunned. I even walked back out to double-check the time--still 7:16pm. I came back in, politely clarified the timing, and she simply told me that 7:16 was too late. Seriously? One minute past, with me already standing there? This place was clean, convenient, and reliable. But if this is how rigid and unwelcoming the service has become, they've lost my business.

The other spaces are in front of other offices in the little strip. I wasn't there more than an hour, so no one said anything to me when I parked in front of the insurance agent's place. If I'd been there longer, maybe it would have been a problem. There are a lot of washers and dryers, and about six folding tables. The washers range from $5/load to $6.50. The $5 washers are only for "light loads," which they specify as no towels, jeans or heavy fabrics. The machines all require quarters, and there is an attendant who can provide change. Dryers are 25 cents for 3 minutes - pretty steep, if you ask me. Luckily, I was only there for the washers as mine needs repairs. I dried my stuff briefly but then took it home to finish drying. The laundromat is pretty clean. Would be nice if there were cloths or paper towels to use to wipe off the tables where you fold clothes. Seats are not very comfortable but I spent most of my waiting time in the car on a phone call. If I had to stay in the laundromat the whole time, the cheap seating might have been more of a problem.

It has both top loading & side loading washing machines that are reasonably priced and work well. The top loaders cost $2.00. It is well lit with fans running that keep it cooler. There is a TV, WiFi, a change machine and sitting areas. There is a decent bathroom, open all night, as well as a laundry area sink to wash off items. There's also a laundry products dispensing machine and a snack and drink vending machine. And they have a same day dry cleaning and drop off service available 8-5 M-F. The parking lot only has head-in single rows of parking spaces, which is fine for most people; but if you drive with a trailer, like I do, it would be best to come late at night since you would have to park in multiple spaces crossways.
