The staff is so friendly and helpful here! We recently went in to shop packages to family across the country for the holidays and we were in a bit of a rush. Both staff members were so kind about our situation! They both helped us to find the best deal to ship each item to the specific location. They even helped pack one of the awkward packages that we could not find a good size box for. It's pricer than going to USPS but they are so helpful and even help to package the items, so that makes sense. Everyone already got their packages too and we shipped them as slow as possible to get the best deal. So happy with this team, service, and location. They are wonderful to work with! read more

I was assisted by Cory when I came into UPS needing help. Cory was beyond professional. He was extremely polite and made it very easy for myself as I needed tickets printed for a local event. I have had to go back and order more, and every time I request Cory because I know the job is safe in his hands and will be handled in a timely manner. No STARs ... If you're looking to go to this store and get ripped off by the owner, go for it. What a rude owner ,not only do they charge you a $5 service fee just to print your shipping label. Then they want 25 cents a page... So I left, got my own box, printed my own label, and came back.. Now I'm not an idiot I've been shipping stuff for years and I didn't want to secure the top of the Box because I know they needed to know what's in it , then she wanted to charge me a dollar just to physically tape my Box. I tried to drop off a package to return that was in the shipping package it came in. I never opened the package, I took it from the UPS driver and put it in my vehicle and drove it to the UPS store in Okeechobee. They refused to ship it in the package it was in. This was a solar panel that has the complanies name on the box. The original shipping label was still on the box!!!!! The store manager tried to tell me I needed to repack the box. The box was never opened and is a corrugated heavy duty box used to ship Solar panels in. I can't believe that don't get that concept. I honestly think they were trying to rip me off and charge for packaging. The next day I gave it to my UPS driver with the return label. I'll pay the Amazon fee for UPS pickup before going this store any business. read more

The guy who is always working is so rude, really he refuses to be helpful. His customer service would get zero stars. This store has lost (probably stole) 2 packages I tried to ship off. Even with tracking saying it was scanned in, it never left that store and when I went to ask about it they were no help. I would rather drive an hour to another UPS than use this one. read more

This was foremost the most terrible experience I've ever had at a UPS store. I will literally burn my money before I step foot in this store again. I called the store 30 minutes early and asked to get a quote on packaging and shipping a package. I was told he would have to way the package first and I needed to come in. I walked through the entrance door and noticed a frown on the clerks face as I entered. Mind you, I've experienced the coldness before but just assumed the clerk was having a few bad days. So I gave him the benefit of the doubt and was going to give him my business anyway. (Will never happen again!!!!) There was a customer ahead of me at the time. He told the clerk to go ahead and help me while he did something with his package. I grabbed my item and started walking toward the counter. He said come around to the scale. I laid my item on the scaled and he asked me what it was worth. I told him $3,500. He then told me he didn't have a box to fit it. I politely grabbed my item from the scale and exited the store. If the box was a concern he should have told me that as I was approaching the counter with the large object in my hand. You would think a shipping business can make custom boxes to ship any item. UPS store did advertise custom shipping. ( See Pics) I went to this place because I thought they were professional and competent enough to handle shipping an expensive item. If there was a way to give him -5 stars that is exactly what he would get! DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR BUSINESS!! read more

Left my place of work Friday to pick up copies of a flyer I had emailed over earlier. They were closed, sign said "medical emergency". Okay, that can happen I guess. Went back on Monday and employee behind counter taping up a box asked if I needed help. I told him I was there to pick up flyers that should be ready from Friday. He said "any copies or anything like that would have to be taken care of by the Manager and I would have to come back the next day.
