Avoid using this place at all costs…read more Haven't been here for a couple of months. Our washer is down for repairs, so I came here to knock out all of the laundry. After loading my wash into the available machines, set the washers to extra hot. Paid my quarters, and started them. Went to see how they were doing after the cycle started. Water was ice cold. Went to the desk and asked what's up with the hot water, she proceeded to tell me that they've never had hot water. No signage anywhere to say, the machines are strictly cold water wash!

Several dryers were out of order but there were sufficient working units available. It was busy when there but no issues.

I was especially glad to see Amelia back on my visit yesterday. She is the happiest person I know! She's always helping people with the machines and with getting their laundry in and out of the door. She even showed me how to fold a fitted king sized sheet! Doing laundry isn't especially fun but Treasure Island Laundromat makes it pleasant.

There were splotchy dark marks all over it and I was convinced I had completely ruined it. To make matters more stressful, this was the morning of a first date and it was the dress I had planned to wear. I brought it in hoping for a miracle and that's exactly what they delivered!! They took it in right away and somehow returned it looking absolutely perfect. You would never know anything had happened to it. Their kindness, professionalism, and skill saved my dress (and honestly my whole day). I'm so grateful and will never take my clothes anywhere else. I can't recommend them enough!

Cleaners / Alterations…read more As the name implies, they charge one price for dry cleaning and that price is substantially lower than the previous place I tried over on Port St Lucie blvd. In this last visit, I needed a pair of pants hemmed and they were able to accomplish the task with no fuss or dely. The time quoted for completion was when the pants were ready and the job was done exactly as requested. The price for a pair of pants to be hemmed was, unfortunately, high but that is also the norm everywhere you call for alterations. $16 in my case so just be aware that the cost to alter might be on par with the cost of a new pair of jeans ($22). In any case, I would use them again for cleaning and for alterations. Big, shared parking lot in front.
