The VISIA scan was something I wanted to do for a while since it is set to review your skin and point our dark spots, sun damage, aging and other skin concerns. Olivia was so knowledgeable about all the different analysis levels and what I can do about it. Then I had a customized facial to address my personal concerns. The facial itself was very relaxing and detailed. Olivia was able to answer every question I had and came up with several different plans going forward based on my timeline, concern and budget! I had previously visited Relive to get my bloodwork done but now i will continue to visit for my facials as well! Overall, friendly staff, clean environment, great experience.

After spending 6 months in a rehab facility in Oklahoma, Doctors, nurses and caregivers were not on her list of people to visit voluntarily. From our first visit she came to rely on "Doctor Katie". Somehow all of the people at Day Medical have avoided any of the jaded attitude you see all too often in health care. They made Mom feel special. While Mom would fuss with me about going to her cardiac doctor, or her eye Doctor, she would ask almost every week if it was time to go see Doctor Katie again. She also loved the nurse we knew as "Kentucky Girl". My Mom passed away very early this past Monday morning at age 102. I will always be grateful for the care from everyone at Day Medical Center, but even more grateful for making Mama feel special.

The drama once the injections were completed between the 2 individuals that worked there was laughable. They told me how wonderful and successful the procedure was and that if I drank lots of water it would only get better. I got home, took more photo's and there was absolutely NO CHANGE. I made an appointment for the following week in attempt to either correct the problem or discuss why the procedure didn't work and was met with a rude and unprofessional reaction.
