Most unfriendly and rude. They were going to charge me for an appt that I called and cancelled, until I told them that I had called to cancel the appt. Many times I wanted to see Dr. Briceno, but I did not enjoy sitting there for 2 hrs waiting to get to see her. I have never experienced being treated that way by any other office in my life.
