Its OUR insurance that pays the bulk of the bill but regardless we are who pay and they should treat every patient as paying customers. We do not come to see them we come to see the Doctor as a choice. I find this problem everywhere... the staff treats patients as a nuisance when reality we indirectly pay their salary.

I haven't seen this type of experience and kindness from any nurse or in fact, any doctor I have had taking care of me. I am 67 years old so I do have experience in going to medical facilities. I have not had to see the head doctor Dr Delo because I have had such great care from Nurse Riddle. From Diabates, heart issues, Diverticulitis, Ischemic colitis, COPD emphysema, Blood Pressure problems, Nodes in my lungs, Hardening of the arteries, elevated blood sugar, Anxiety, and Depression. In the past years the only problem I had was sinus problems until 2023. After that all these other issues suddenly appeared, I guess part of aging. There are no crowds, long waits, dinginess, dirty corners, poor lighting, or tired, sour staff. Instead, a lot of friendliness, smiles, and encouragement. They don't do more medical treatment than they believe your condition warrants, but if you do have a more serious problem, they send you to the right place. Under the aegis of the Cleveland Clinic, you are in good hands.
