I came in expecting professional service from a dealership representing a legendary brand, but instead I was met with indifference, poor communication, and what felt like a complete lack of respect for customers' time. It's clear that customer service is not a priority here. Staff seemed more interested in chatting amongst themselves than helping anyone on the floor. Calls go unanswered, messages aren't returned, and when you finally do get someone on the line, it's like pulling teeth to get a straight answer. I've been to other Harley dealerships that actually treat riders like valued customers--this place, unfortunately, isn't one of them. If you're looking for quality service and people who actually care about your bike and your business, you may want to look elsewhere. Stopped by Treasure Coast HD to ask for assistance unloading a Roadglide from the bed of a pickup and schedule a service on the bike. I spoke to a service writer at the parts counter. He acted like he had never heard of a bike loaded in a pickup bed and basically blew off the request for assistance. Made no effort to assist of offer any options to get the bike unloaded. He was happy to provide a quote of $ 670.00 for basically a 1000 mile service. Terrible customer service in my opinion. Seems to be typical these days at HD dealerships. I ended up at WMR Competition Performance and they treated me.as if I had been a customer for years. We had the bike unloaded there within 15 minutes of me showing up there. read more

The worked the numbers, made me feel totally comfortable about the true condition of my bike, and were the best through the entire process. I Purchased a 2025 Road Glide from them and had it delivered to me. All the deals and discounts, 1500 dollar check they promised is a lie. It isn't a discount or given to you its financed back in the purchase contract that they don't tell you about. dollar check was coming 2 weeks ago, never showed. They blamed the accounts receivable lady, first she's on vacation, next she is one of 2 who has to sign it, then the next week the carrier has it and its being delivered then it wasn't in the delivery pile, then it's going to be taken care of the next week. Still no check and now the sales manager doesn't answer his phone or text, the GM don't return calls. and after talking with a employee there he said it's done all the time to good customers. i suggest you don't do business with Treasure Coast Harley Davidson, don't walk away run. read more

We purchased a used 2023 tri-glide from Treasure Coast Harley-Davidson in June of 2024. When we were shopping online I filled out the voucher pictured in this post and did a test drive at the dealer before purchasing the motorcycle. We mentioned the voucher several times to the sales representative and the financial representative during the time of purchase. We did not receive any money from said voucher when we purchased. Now the new general manager of treasure coast HD will not honor the voucher. Beware of this dealership. Save your money and shop elsewhere! But they do give out free t-shirts to use for polishing your bike! read more

I posted a review a few weeks ago describing the negative experience I had at Broward Motor Sports in Hobe Sound Fl and felt it simply wasn't enough. They had a two star rating and now it's at one star. My sense of that rating is that they are now worse than what they were when I was there. It took four months to replace 3 sheared bolts at the clutch plate, (I had to point out to the mechanic and Andy the desk service person where the problem was. There expert mechanic was fired, the other mechanic took personal days off and delaying repairs. Nothing but excuses every time. Quoted repair was originally 2k and reduced to 1k when I questioned the cost. Andy should be presented with the bullshit of the year award. Stay away from this place. One star rating is too much for this place. When I communicated with the manager I also copied the owner, of course the owner never bothered to reply. read more

I would like to start with yes, the sale of the new bike we purchased a month ago was great but when it came to paying off our traded bike that they have 100% dropped the ball our traded bike that is in their possession now is still not paid off I have called for two weeks now and every time I call I've been told the person I need to speak with is not available and they have complete ignored some of my calls to where i have had to call from a different number just to get them to pick up, And now we have a late past 30 day payment on a bike we don't even own and had to make the payment on, with the new bike we bought payment due in a few days, so now my credit shows I have a past 30day late payment so my credit will be dinged for something i didn't even cause and I've had great payment history that they have now affected, I'm highly upset and will not purchase another bike from here and don't recommend anyone else to either at this point. read more

DONT BUY FROM THIS STORE! They are all liars. They will promise you everything but as soon as you drive off they will ghost you. When you go back in to complain they smile and promise you they will take care of it and then ghost you again, as soon as you leave. We had to fight for every promise they made. The guy who sold us the bike, George will take your money and not return your calls until it's time for your first oil change, then he will contact you. This was the worst experience ever. My next call is to a lawyer for breach of contract! Save yourself a ton of headaches and walk away from buying from these horrible people!!! They promised to make the first payment and then cut a check only to cancel it and then said they sent out another check but Harley never received it and now I have to pay a $50 late fee. Don't believe anything they say to you, they will forget all about you the second you leave. They only want the sale and they will say anything to get it and then do nothing they promised. Looking all other reviews and it seems I am not alone. I called the HD corporate and filed a complaint against them. Just in case anyone else needs it the complaint dept number is 414-343-4056. Answered my numerous questions, sent extra photos and requests, such as having a mechanic check several things. Communication was great and timely. I flew out from Texas and everything they said proved 100§ accurate! Signed a couple of papers, and took my 1400 mile ride home! Bike was was perfect ... even in the numerous rain storms! Horrific and absolutely awful. I was sold a bike and was told by Bobby Morales that the bike needed no service. It's been checked everything's fine with it. Mind you this is an ultra limited that I spent over $30000. I went to my local dealership in Miami to put on new grips only to find out that a service has not been done. Brakes are bad brake fluid is dirty and Front wheel bearings need to be changed the fact that they would even let a bike off their parking lot like this is shameful when I called to address the issue with Bobby He started giving me the runaround and different people I finally got a hold of Ralph who hung up the phone on me for the great crime of being upset that I was lied to when being sold my bike I'm going to fight to the nail to get this bike returned because Bobby told me that I cannot return the bike and he doesn't care and tough luck. I will still fight through the nail. I will call the Better Business Bureau the state I'm gonna call my lawyer. Do not shop with these people. they are liars and if you do shop with them, make sure to double check that the bike has been serviced and make sure that the bikes are in good condition. I really liked that there was no pressure. Jamie, in the service department, was awesome! He explained options for my bike in detail. He contacted me throughout my services to keep me informed about the status of my bike. He went above and beyond to make sure I was happy. I love that they have pick up and drop off service too. I'm not surprised to see this place has bad reviews. I live in a neighboring community and have some health issues regarding anxiety which affect my heart. The constant loud music and concerts make it impossible to maintain my health in my own home and as a public servant I cannot afford to move. This place will have music so loud that with my windows closed and a loud fan on, I can still feel the base in my chest. I've asked them nicely to please turn the music down because even at half the volume, their entire property would still hear and enjoy the live music but they told me they don't have to. I am a Retired Army Combat Veteran that is struggling a little bit. April Greeted me right away and spent at least an Hour with me looking for a Bike that would fit me and my budget. Believe me I figured I was wasting her and my time. We couldn't find the Bike I looked for alone, it was already sold. She found me one that fit perfectly when I sat on her, but the Finance department ran me on another bike and just like I figured I was turned down without a cosigner. So I went home. Later on the Finance Manager Shawn called me and asked me when I could come back down, that he found something that would work for me. Low and Behold it was for the same Bike that April picked out for me. And I walked out of there with my very 1st Harley Davidson, a 2011 Wide Glide. Beautiful bike With flames. They asked me to pick out a helmet and jacket. But I could not afford them either. But I had the Motorcycle, I haven't come up with a name for her yet, lol A few days later I got a call from Cody to come back down and get my Helmet. Being a Veteran they really appreciated that and I got a very nice Harley and a Harley helmet Which Amanda Picked out for me. She works in apparel and was super nice to me.I figured it was just gonna be one of those dreams you never fulfill and take to the grave. But all the staff truly bent over backwards for me to make it happen, and to help out an Old Veteran.
