she is a thief. she sold us a photobooth that did not work and when we called for technical support they didn't know how to fix the problem. we were stuck running a 16th birthday party for a client and had to shut everything down and take a loss. they did not offer help. we ended up suing them and they took off and never paid a dime. watch out for these theifs, they are nice at first but once you but their product they will leave you with no help. i sued them a few years ago and still till this day i have not received $1. be careful they are a scam! i guess that's why they had to change their name to 360photoboothexperts lol scam ass people! read more

I'll be back to this review, but when the attendant was drinking alcohol at my wedding & she lets the catering crew take pictures because as Agatha told me I purchased the unlimited photos package that meant the attendant needed to have everyone and anyone at the wedding be photographed. I'm back, so the person we usually use to be our snap booth person was already booked and referred Agatha. I trusted his opinion and went ahead. It was a little more than I would had paid, but it was green screen and LED changing colored lights (which where never brought out) I rented out the service for 3 hours which cost me $600 of wasted monies, I would have done her so dirty and ignored her and not paid her the remaining balance, but Karma is not something I'm good with. Her attendant was drinking from our bar as if she was a guest and she took pictures as I posted of the catering service. Agatha gave me the excuse she probably thought they where guest??? How freaking stupid do you think I am , or how drunk was your attendant? The memory book was crap, I looked at all the pictures on their website and several are missing from the memory book, and NO it is not free for me to download my own wedding pictures. Agatha told me 1400 pictures where left behind??? How? We where at the event till past midnight, when the wedding ended at 11pm to clean up, so why where they not given to us when they closed the booth at 10pm. It's very clear that this 5 star reviews are fake or paid out, all of them have less than 30 reviews and no friends, the purpose of friends and reviews is for other yelpers to look towards you to guide in whether or not to use their services. Treasure Booth is absolutely amazing - don't waste your time looking elsewhere! I had a Christmas party and wanted to do a photo booth, as it's something we've done before and it was a lot of fun. So, we did some research and found that Treasure Booth was local and had [well-earned] high reviews on Yelp. I gave them a call and could not be happier that I did - they are amazing! Agatha was incredibly easy to work with. She explained their pricing in a super straightforward way that was easy to understand and work out what we did and didn't want to get the most for our budget. One really cool thing that they did was they made a custom photo strip for us based on our invitation! I sent her the invite that we used for the party, and she designed the most adorable background for the photo strips with our party tagline at the bottom in the same font I used on our invitation. They looked so cute and amazing, and was perfect for remembering which party this was from! (; We ended up getting a pretty basic open air booth for 2 hours, which turned out *amazing* for the party. They were at our house from 9pm - 11pm, which was enough time for almost everyone to take some really fun pictures. They brought some props, but they also let us put our own props on the table (plastic animal masks, etc.). Jesse came out to operate our photo booth, and he was fun, energetic, friendly, and really easy to work with. They were on time, took almost no time to set up the photo booth, and were having just as much fun as we were the whole time. Jesse also agreed to set aside one photo strip from every set for me to keep, and gave the other 3 to whoever wanted them. I really highly recommend - it was great to be able to look through everyone's photos the next day! The photo booth left no mess, were very polite, and made sure we got the best photos of the night. It was the most well spent money of the party. Agatha was also very quick to get the digital copies to me (the next day!), which included the whole photo strips as well as individual photos (hello instagram posts for weeks). The photos were also really high quality, which is amazing! In all, the only downside of the photo booth was that I didn't have more money to spend to keep them there longer. Easy to work with from start to finish, their price point is perfect, and it was an amazing feature for the party. We will definitely be hiring them next time we want a photo booth. read more

After what I believed to be an honest mistake, delivering the wrong item, an inflatable LED wall, with a $6,000 order, Luke claimed that it is not possible for it to be on my invoice because they have never carried it. But it IS on our invoice, and I sent him a copy. I figured I could order the correct item and pay the cost. Afterall, if it was an honest mistake, I didn't want them to lose money. But Luke, the representative that spoke with us, told us it was our problem and we should just upsell the item we did receive. After telling us numerous times they do not and have never carried that item. Then, why, may I ask is it on my receipt?! I suppose I'll have to file in small claims court, sad that people think that bait & switch is acceptable behavior. The owner, Agatha, has refused to contact us after a week of phone calls, emails and text messages. I spoke with the salesperson over the weekend, and Agatha won't speak with her either. This is sounding like I got caught in the death throes of the business. Save your time and money and find someone else to provide a photo booth for you, buying or renting. read more

How can our experience differ so far vastly from other Yelpers? Fake reviewers? Maybe. The only positive is that they honored a 20% Off Groupon Local Deal offer available at the time of booking. This brought the price down to $160 from $200 . I can't help but feel that the services received are reflective of the price paid and not of the full price of the Groupon. Imagine using a 20% off coupon to a restaurant and only receiving less than the full price offered. It's ironic because it's usually advised to tip on the full price. Minus 1 Star - An extreme lack of communication caused a great deal of anxiety for us. Even though this was a last minute booking, much more effort could have been asserted to ensure that the customer was fully aware of their responsibilities. There was no mention that we would need to provide a table for the props. We ended up having to pull a dining table for our guests, leaving them to eat off their laps. There was no mention of a long extension cable needed. Luckily we had one, otherwise their would have been no power. Minus 1 Star - Rae, the person I was dealing with, asked to approve the picture template. I mentioned small revisions to be made and they were never done. The errors showed up in the printed pictures. Why ask us to approve the template if you're going to stick with the original text and disregard our revision attempts? Minus 1 Star - Pictures were extremely washed out. They were overly exposed. Everything looked blown out. We were embarrassed to share the gallery with our guests due to the extremely poor quality. It was nothing like the sample images on their site. Minus 1 Star - They use insecure software on their site to process reservations. Beware that if you reserve a booking on their site, all of your information submitted (name, address, email, phone, etc.) is easily visible by any other person submitting a booking. In this day and age even when the largest companies have a hard time preventing hackers from accessing their users' information, this is absolutely unacceptable to have private information so easily obtained without any hacking knowledge. On the same note, their "password protected" galleries are a joke. They automatically assign an easily guessable password which using the same logic can allow easy access to other customers' galleries. They won't let you change the password so it just goes to show how much they value their customers' private information. Minus 1 Star - Not even a single reply after I submitted a formal complaint to Agatha about the services received. So to all of you who praised Agatha, she failed to respond when it mattered most. Just goes to show that this is a company that doesn't know how to handle issues. Often times, a company is tested by the way they handle problems. I can't even rate how they handled the situation because they chose to ignore the issues. Ignoring customer concerns is not a way to run a business. That should give them zero stars, but Yelp doesn't allow that. If you've ever felt that because you used a coupon, you received less than stellar service, you probably know how we feel. It's like thinking you scored a deal on Priceline or Hotwire and then finding out you got the old, unrenovated room from the 1960s. read more

Hired Treasurebooth for my graduation party of 75 guests and wish we went with another company. I'm still waiting for them to call me back regarding the refund they promised since they messed up the photos for my event. I've left 3 messages... The photobooth was suppose to run 9-11pm, it didn't start and wasn't fully set up until 10:30pm, not to mention the font and design I picked out to have printed on the pictures as a border didn't turn out. Instead the borders were plain white and didn't have the design I agreed with them to have on it, which was extremely upsetting and disappointing. Finally around 11pm another staff member arrives at the location to fix the photobooth and the design print starts printing out on the photos... So only 30 minutes left for people to take photos with the event design I chose to print out. The memory book is so poorly put together as well.... Not worth it at all, will never hire them again and still waiting for my discount because they ruined that portion of my event. read more

I can't say enough about Treasure Booth. I just had my wedding (6/7/14) and the photo booth was the hit of the party! My wedding had a Star Wars theme and they incorporated it into the pictures. We had two different layouts on the green screen, both Star Wars, which made it totally awesome. They had plenty of props and the scrapbook they give you is a really nice touch. My guests loved that they gave you as many prints as you wanted. The Treasure booth team was very helpful and professional. We had lots of people (around 90 ppl) and it was at my home. For our wedding reception event, they did great! The best part is that the printer was super quick, immediately after you take the photos. No waiting around 3-5 minutes and backlog photos, loved how quick it was to print. Rae personally came to work, setup and be there til the very end. Anything I need is just a 45 minute drive away in Azuza. I don't have to worry about shipping or waiting for UPS. I was recently in the market for a travel case for the photo booth I purchased from them earlier. They told me they had a case for $450 but they will sell it to me for only $375. SOLD. I braved rush hour traffic and pick up the case. I was thrilled how well everything fit inside. Then...THEN. I saw the same case on sale online for $250! I started to feel as though I was ripped off. I calmed my nerves and contacted the owner Agatha, and told her what I found. She seemed just as shocked about the price as I was. I asked her if something can be worked out or if I can return what I had. She said that I could return it it for a full refund or be refunded the difference. I took the difference. I am so happy that they are matching the price. The whole experience has been remarkable. I have the case I need at the price that works. All my goddaughter wanted for her 4th birthday party was a photo booth so her mom booked Treasure Booth. The photographer showed up on time, set up then told us she didn't have the cord necessary to do the work. She did not apologize, offer to go pick it up, call someone to bring it to her or anything else that would have helped the situation. Eventually the owner came and spoke to the host and offered to do what she could to finish the party but the photographer refused. She said my friend, the host, had been rude to her. Here's the deal - my friend was upset that her daughter's one and only request was not being honored. If the photographer had been apologetic and at least tried to fix the problem, it would have been fine, but she did not say she was sorry once. They didn't offer my friend anything to make up for this at all and didn't seem to feel bad that they ruined a 4 year old's birthday party. I'm a professional photographer who often does birthday parties so I did what I could to get my friend and goddaughter some great pictures but I was appalled by the behavior of the owner and the photographer. If I ever showed up to a shoot without all the necessary equipment I'd bend over backwards to fix it. If I couldn't fix it in time to complete the shoot that day I would apologize profusely and at least offer them another shoot in the future for free. I'd be mortified. It is beyond unprofessional to show up to a paid gig unprepared and this company did nothing to make it better. read more

However, I called this place over a period of about 2 weeks because they had a groupon special that I was interested in. No one EVER answered the phone, I even left 2 voice mails and never got a call back. Unresponsiveness is just not okay. Surprisingly, the last time I called someone answered to inform me that they were booked on the day of my event. Fine. She was really polite but at this point if it was THAT hard to talk to someone regarding possible new business for them I probably don't want to know what it is like to actually work with them. read more

My response to the reply below: First of all, when your attendant told me a new booth was on the way she told me that you were 20 minutes away, not 50! If she had told me 50 I would have told her to leave and enjoyed what was left of the party instead of pacing by the door waiting for you to arrive. Second, I did not belittle your attendant with foul language and she WAS NOT on the phone with you at the time so that was a lie. Third, you did not come tell me the booth was ready or offer to "compensate for the time lost" You didn't even come to speak to me, I had to come find you! Fourth, if your attendant decided to be unprofessional and refuse to do the job for a bunch of 4 year olds, as the owner you should have stepped in and done the job for the remaining 30 minutes. Fifth, I would have never gotten my payment back if my cousin didn't step in to reason with you and convince you to give me cash back. Lastly, you STILL haven't taken any responsibility for your mistakes or your employees mistakes. Your customer service skills are appalling. Little do you know, we left our home in Los Angeles in May of 2014 because my father was ill, he passed away only 4 months before the party. We promised our daughter a birthday party with her friends back in L.A. so that we could see everyone we have missed so much and this was our only opportunity to be with most of those people. My time that day was ruined by you and your company because I was so worried about the photo booth and my daughter kept asking where it was that I didn't get the quality time with my friends that I had hoped for. This is also the reason I wanted a photo booth so much after my daughter requested it, so that we could document our time back with our friends. You can dispute my reviews as much as you want and try to sweet talk your way out of your mistakes but it doesn't fix the horrible service you provided and the lack of effort you put in to resolving the problem. It also doesn't make the truth of the situation any different: Your company failed to provide a service that I paid top dollar for and you did nothing to resolve the problem. A refund was not a resolution, that is the least expected after your company's performance. The majority of the reviews on yelp prove that I am not making this up. They just prove that you should either re-work your entire business or close down. read more

First off, I have nothing but great things to say about Agatha and Treasure Booth! I was having a baby shower and our Photo Booth had cancelled on us last minute-in desperate last minute search I came across Treasure Booth-she had initially informed me that the day (it was very last notice) she did not have availability. After calling numerous other places, who also had no availability on short notice, I called her back to see if she could refer me to someone else. She then informed me that that day was her birthday and she would be happy to help but already had plans in place, but considering my situation she would host the photo booth for 2 hours. I was in shock! I was so happy and felt so bad at the same time, haha. She also gave me a killer deal! I had told her about a groupon deal I had seen, she let me know that it was an expired deal but was able to give me a very reasonable price-as an 8 and a half month pregnant woman stressed and running on fumes at work-she made me so happy I could have cried LOL. She made the CUTEST layout for me to match my theme. The photo booth arrived, it was a great set up and great props-everyone LOVED it!! Also-they made a scrap book of every single picture that was taken and put it in a book for me to keep! Our guests signed next to their picture and many wrote a small, cute note.
