To the credit of the technician, he did admit that they had crossed some wires. But I was without AC for 5 days due to their negligence. When they finally fixed it the next week, the owner had the nerve to send me a bill for $250. When I balked at receiving a bill at all, Ginger (rude phone answerer) reluctantly agreed to reduce it to $125. Now she is leaving me daily phone messages, and has threatened to turn me over to collections if I don't pay it. And now she says I owe $250 again. Terrible company. Terrible customer service. Incompetent. I would not use them. You don't charge customers when you break their AC for 5 days.
