Hours of operation are trash. Nobody starts work until 10 and close at 530 on pay day Friday. They charge for maintenance fees on your account. There are other local credit unions that don't charge fees, better interest on savings, and have actual working folk hours. Take your money els where! read more

This is the biggest garbage app I've ever seen, program by a 15-year-old. It works about 50% of the time.

This place sucks. They don't make anything easy. You can only pay payments online or over phone at 10 to 15 dollar charge. If you have another choice for a loan go there. This place is the worst. read more

This review is about Travis credit union in general not just the one in Atwater California but Travis credit union itself my wife and I had a vehicle loan through them we sold it to a dealer the dealer paid off the truck and we still have Travis wanting to get the monthly payment from us even though we sold it to the dealer and the dealer pay them off and we have proof that the dealer paid them off then they still have me in their CheckSystems saying that I owe them $40 from 2013 even though I paid them back in 2013 and they still didn't take it off the check systems so I go to another credit union to open up an account and I couldn't open up an account because Travis is still reporting me into the Check Systems saying I owe them $40 the lady was trying to apologize to me telling me she sorry that she'll take me out of it now and show that it's been paid there has been plenty of more incidents with Travis if I was going to write them all down I would take up 10 pages there's always issues going on with them I'm sick of them they are like car lots and churches and hotels they are a dime a dozen we are taking our business elsewhere sick of them. read more
