Brought it to a lifeguard's attention, they literally said "that is his area". We left after this comment. There appeared to be actual feces in the kiddie pool area. Not a just a little. The lifeguards at the diving boards did not ensure that yellow bands were on little kids' wrists. My nephew went over there and was obviously not 12. Nothing done. I took him away and put him where he belonged. I had three kids with me all different ages and heights. Lifeguards need to be lifeguards and not be checking out other teenagers and playing games amongst themselves. It was very obvious. Sad really. Won't be back.

Seems like everyone is following the rules and having so much fun! They will allow you to bring your own food, tables, and chairs in! They have a snack bar that seems to have something for everyone with great prices! The price to get in is so affordable at eight dollars per child. It's the cheapest fun you can have! If you're a parent/caregiver and you want to swim, it will cost you the same but if you just want to go in it, it's five dollars to enter. We typically stay the full rec time that is 3 1/2 hours. We absolutely love it. The splash pad for the younger kids is really awesome with a waterslide that's perfect for youngsters! That waterslide is so much fun and these little ones have a blast! I highly recommend!

So we were excited to have another recreation and fitness center available other than YMCA. The center offered a Performing Arts Center, Family pool, gym, climbing wall, competition lap pool, worship center, weight room, group exercise classes and more. I paid for the fitness shuffle classes to include the Zumba classes which was so much fun. My two nephews would be placed in the child watch section while their parents (My cousin) worked out. My daughter also worked at the child watch section. My brother also worked as a personal fitness trainer. We were members of the Kroc prior to my daughter and brother's employment. All the employees were always friendly, nice and helpful. We surely enjoyed our time here. We have a lot of great memories.

He was interested in climbing barely a quarter up the wall then "falling" because that was so much fun! His interest in the rock wall lasted about 10 min before he wanted to see the basketball court, his first experience ever! & He ended up spending 45+ min in there! We then took a little self tour of the facility & now I want to get a family membership!!!! The day pass was only $11 for him, I was simply a spectator so no money spent there, I'm glad he got wrapped up in the court bc if he only did the rock wall for 10 min that would've felt like paying a dollar n ten cents per minute on the rock wall!! so it was nice to see him explore new things & feel like it was worth the money. The person who answered the phone when I called asking about the rock wall was very informative & gave great information. They were very good about calling a staff member over when we arrived, got the rock wall & the girl was helpful with my godson's first real experience doing this! I noticed a sign that JELLY BELLY sponsors the rock wall????! They should have it updated!!!! My Godson was slightly disappointed there was no bell or buzzer at the top, and the grips were lack luster, you'd think Jelly Belly would've at least had paid for an eye catching array of color or maybe jelly bean looking grips??! I have half a mind to email them requesting an update to the wall!!!! My godson was requesting "the rainbow wall" after 7-8 min! (A wall he had seen in YouTube videos) & I could tell he was slightly disappointed & I felt bad because this was the only rock wall in the area I could afford!!!! Still a great experience imo

Sequoians is an inclusive body-positive space for all ages, genders, and body types (including…read morepost-surgery or modified bodies)! It's an overall pretty chill space with a clubhouse, bocce ball, hiking, and pool/hot tub. It's member-only, and the community is tight-knit and welcoming. We have been members for the last year, and my girls (9,7,5) love going. They are treated with incredible love and respect by all the members and there are currently several families with kids, ranging from 5-14 years old. Yes, it's naked. Yes, you will see naked people. Yes, you will be naked! Kids under 18 do not have to be naked if they don't want to, but adults are expected to be clothes-free most of the time. Let me tell you why Sequoians is walking the walk on inclusivity, and why it isn't creepy. 1) Creepiness is gross and bad for all ages; sexualizing kids is wrong, full stop. 2) Creepiness is bad for business! Getting accused of improper activities is bad for business! Sequoians, and nudists in general, have a vested interest in keeping their spaces safe for everyone. 3) Inclusivity is more fun! More people can be included and feel safe, and that feels good. Therefore: Sequoians makes a big deal of vetting potential members, and everyone is educated about body positivity and etiquette. You see consent engagements in real life, in terms of playing with the kids, hanging out in shared spaces, keeping spaces clean, and working together for the benefit of everyone. Everytime we do out there, my kids say "ohhhhh we love it here!" and I do too. If you are interested in learning more, please read the website. And come visit!

I really enjoy being in nature and hearing nothing but birds and wildlife. That said, it is a bit busier on the weekends, but not rowdy. Wonderful place to remove clothing and be in nature. If you're interested in gawking at naked members of the opposite sex, save your time and go to a strip club.

It's adjacent to Larkey Park, so if the shared parking lots get full, you'll find plenty of free street parking. The pool itself is divided into several section - beginners (3.5 to 4.5 feet max depth), diving, and for lap swimming. They have lifeguards everywhere and they do a fine job of maintaining order. The water temperature was perfect. Our 5yo son seems to have a natural inkling for water but he enjoyed the pool far more than the splash pad, which is also popular with young kids. I tried carrying him up on the water slide but he refused. Note: for taller folks, they have a pretty intense water spray on top of the slide that can blind you. Imagine max shower pressure right on your face, LOL! Other amenities are large locker and changing rooms with clean showers, small picnic areas for sun tanning or relaxing, and plenty of benches and tables to store your bags or snacks. They also have a vending machine for cold drinks. Definitely plan on returning when the pool opens up again (9/27/25 was the last day for the summer). A definite bargain at just over $20 for a family of three.
